I had them at my house multiple times to put a bandage on the problem. Finally my internet went completely out and when I called them they said they no longer service that area. I recently moved to Nevada and thought I would give them another chance to provide me with internet. That was a big mistake. I had the tech come and turn on my line in the morning and later that day my modem came by UPS. When I plugged everything in, I did not have any internet. I called customer service and was on the line for 45 minutes while they tried to troubleshoot on their end. I then had to schedule another appointment for a technician to come out to my home. I live in a gated community and customer service was asking about a build # which I didn't know because I just moved in. I gave her my address and she said that she would have to transfer me to take off the building # from their system. When she transferred me, I had to go through the whole process of verifying who I am ( name, phone #, address, account # ). Now I am looking at being on the phone with them for 50 minutes. I ended up getting frustrated with the run around and told them I want to cancel their service that I never even had. Do your research, but stay away from Century Link.

I said why they didn't tell me that, they made sure to tell me about 2 more months of payment, they should have said also that they stop the auto pay. now I have a bill with late fees etc. I called them to discuss the matter, they didn't really care. It's their fault the bill is so high, or is that there is even a bill. If can stop at least 1 person from using TWN, then this yelp review was worth it!!
