My hair was lightened to a level that I wanted, and Joe gave me advice on how to maintain the salon's treatment before the next treatment. The salon's environment was very very busy when I came in, and I was happy to see all the customers that the salon could handle efficiently all at the same time. The hair stylists and colorist keep an eye out to prevent the bleach from over processing and I didn't feel like I was left stranded for a long time by the staff while my color was processing.
