Love this place i usually visit cemetery often and they always have fresh lasting roses /flowers.pricing is fair i mean for how long they last .I recently did a funeral package and I was very specific what I wanted and the quality and show pictures and they exceeded i was so appreciated what the end results .I loved everything they did to my expectations. I went to 2 other local florist due to they had higher ratings. But they were both closed during their normal working hours. So I headed to Hugo's and I am so thankful. The arrangement I purchased on a Tuesday to have delivered on Friday for a celebration of life weekend event turned out amazing! It is Gorgeous! It was delivered with care and earlier then thought. I wanted to give this place a try despite the horrible reviews thinking it was just personal experiences but nope this place is just shitty overall. I found them on instagram and ordered a 12 dozen roses arrangement with the chanel box logo. In total it was $95 and there was nothing special i thought it was going to be fresh red roses but instead they gave me their leftovers and called it an arrangement. My mom is also a florist so i brought her to make sure i was getting what i paid for but this isn't even worth $10. Not to mention when i communicated with the workers that i was unsatisfied with the arrangement they did absolutely nothing. Manager stood there watching like a dumbass. It must be a family owned business bc the manager daughter was completely rude when we were asking simple questions about the arrangement. Also when we first entered we were neither greeted or asked if we could be helped. I already canceled the transaction because there's no way this place is still in business. Been coming here for a couple years now bc I live in the area and try to support local shops and it seems Everytime I go there there is always a issue whether placing orders online or order mix ups and this time was very disappointing. The older lady was very rude when I showed her what I ordered compared to what they gave me she said I didn't have to take it and they'll give me a credit. I intentionally chose a bouquet that didn't have a cheap looking bow in a cheap vase and unfortunately that's exactly what they delivered. The blooms only lasted a few days! I stopped by to buy a single rose. (I know, one rose). I bought to leave at the temple for my grandfather for his birthday, they even cut it for me so i can fit it next to his urn. From the look of this small family owned flower shop, they had fresh flowers and bouquets everywhere. I didn't know where to look. An employee saw me, lost. She pointed to where i can pick out my own flower. The refrigerators had bouquets that you can choose from, and i'm sure you can ask for a custom decor. I highly recommend! HORRIBLE customer service. i asked permission to open the fridge doors and one of the ladys said it was fine so i opened it to look at the flowers better and another lady came up and closed the door on me and yelled that i shouldn't be opening the doors. i also asked permission to take pictures of the flowers to send to my sister to help me decide, again the first lady said it was fine and the other one with the ugly attitude said that i don't need to be taking pictures and to get out that i was taking too long. it was not my first time in the store, I've always noticed the ladys in there seem to always be in a bad mood but this time was the first time getting kicked out, and for no good reason at all. Nice bouquet of flowers especially the paper used. Only complaint is the updating of prices. Didn't have an issue with payment/amount going in. I chose the nicest looking once and the sign said 24.99. I go to check out and pick out 2 of the flower food packet(.25 cents) and have the end of the stems chopped and total came out to 40. Was in a rush and didn't feel like asking about the price change but at least update pricing signs on the flowers or have the itemized list on the receipt instead of just the payment price. read more

When we got the flowers she did it completely wrong. But I left without complaining because I don't need to be unprofessional like she was. I went in a few days before my grandma funeral and ordered a wreath that I thought was beautiful. My only request was that they replaced the yellow with white. When I arrived at the funeral I didn't even recognize the wreath. The only reason I knew it was the one I purchased was because of the shash. The next day I went and complained and they said there was nothing they could do because it was a "mixed" arrangement and they put what flowers they have in stock. No one told me this when I purchased it. I would have been understanding if at least the main flowers were the same but they weren't she said the best they could do was put the right flowers on it if I brought it back. I was very disappointed because the main flower they removed was my grandmas favorite flower and that's why I picked that wreath to begin with. read more

We'll what can i say... very disappointed. Our mothers are the most important person on earth and today her birthday i wanted to surprise her with her favorite Roses. I chose what i thought she'd love but instead they delivered some random ass bouquet that i feel they didn't even put any effort on. I ordered one that was called "Dance with me Roses" and instead i got I don't even know what. Costumer service was not rude at all but they gave a very bad reason to why it looked like it did.
