The process was super simple. You can make a reservation, but we just walked in without any issues. We did the white background setup for 15 minutes, which was perfect and definitely a must if you're taking photos with little kids. There were a few technical difficulties during our session, but the staff member was incredibly accommodating. He paused the timer and gave us those minutes back so we didn't lose any of our shoot time. The pricing is great too! The package includes 2 people and 3 printed 4x6 photos of your favorite shots. Additional people are only $5 each, but they didn't charge us for our toddler or newborn, which was such a nice surprise. He never took any special photos of our rings. No photo of me with just my flower girls. He won't even send us the color versions of the photos he turned to black and white. My guests complained that he was flirting with them....I'm starting to wonder if that's why I don't have more photos. I just want my photos. It's my wedding. I'm a cancer survivor. Truth be told, she was even better at handling him than us haha. You can tell she is a pro at what she does and she took her time, allowing baby to be nursed when he was fussy and not rushing us at all. There were so many good pictures but they are very pricey so we ended up just getting the basic 8 pictures. Our family pictures turned out so good that even though we mainly wanted the pictures of the baby, we ended up picking 3 of the family poses.
