Wow dropped my Silverado at 930 AM. They told me it will be done 3 hours tops. Called at 1PM and still not done, and they said it won't be finish till 3pm. That's 6 hours very unsat. Finally I got there at 340pm truck is still not done. I got the Big Kahuna package which is everything from above,hand wash ( which wasn't done), shampooed carpet ( which wasn't done), clean and leather condition (which wasn't done only wiped down with armor all) at least vacuum the inside of my truck ( which wasn't done). Don't get the detail package because they will fail you. Save your money and pay $300 somewhere else to get detail because this is not the place. I will post pictures. read more

I was skeptical based on the negative reviews, but then I thought, it's only a car wash. The day was sunny and the line was long, but to my surprise, it moved fairly quickly. I really like the setup since I didn't have to hand my keys over for an eager teen to drive it carelessly. The self pay is genius. Exact same experience as Malcolm. Been here for an hour and still no one working on my truck. There are still 3-4 cars ahead of me. Everything is dried and spotted. I go to car washes for quick, friendly service. This is the exact opposite. Understaffed on a beautiful Saturday afternoon when you would expect this place to be the busiest and I'll probably be here an hour and a half to two hours before receiving a sub par job at best. I'd rather clean my own car than sit for two hours and wait in a lobby that doesn't even have a television. I'm a repeat customer that has no plans of coming back. read more

I recommend the smaller package. You get a great job for a great price! I paid for the Big Kuhuna(?) one time for about $150 and was more pleased as when I just get the one that is under $50. Go early for the most care and attention to your car (I think the staff starts to get to tired and too rushed as the day wears on). I always carry extra cash to tip the guy in the front of the drive through wash then the one at the end as well as who ever is doing my interior because I think the people working there are great and hard working. read more

I have traded here about 10 times over the last six months and have noticed service deteriorating. My experience today was the worst of all and I will not be back. Too much competition to offer below average service. Today, they had too few workers for the full service wash and no organization. Some folks waited up to and over an hour. My car in particular was spot cleaned. Interior windows, front and back not wiped and car totally dried and spotted before they started on it. In addition, several components to the carwash itself not working today and in need of repair, in particular the rinse and automated side towel dry. I can go somewhere else for similar results at half the $30 price plus tip. read more

The boys at Hula did a great job on my truck! The young men working on it were very polite and personable. He even went out of his way to clean the soup that was spilled and settled into my rug. I Have never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. It' s a great car wash and at a much needed location. The only bad part is that they do not give you the option to tip on your cc. This is a disadvantage to the hard working young men who work for tips as most people now a days don't carry cash. read more

Wow! I can't believe that the first item listed on all washes is free vacuums. $14 later I'm informed that the vacuums are under construction. How about leading with that so the consumer can make an informed decision on whether they want to waste time and money at your inferior establishment. Good place for a quick clean they start at $6 and up to $14 for drive they with towel dry at the end. Free vacuums although some don't suck very strongly but free. Took a few weeks back and they did a good detail. read more

I have had mixed results here. One time I paid for the upgraded wash ($14) and it seemed identical to the basic ($6) wash. I drive a hatchback and to their credit they taped the back wiper down so it wouldn't get mangled by the machine. Unfortunately, they taped it to my quarter panel, which didn't want to come off and I was forced to assist the worker to scrape it off with my fingernail. If this cost anymore than $6 it would have gotten less stars, but I feel the price is fair. read more

Took my car in for the kona detail and wow as I looked around I saw they missed a lot f things and had to ask myself after seeing stuff still on my carpet that would definitely come out with a shampooer, did they even do anything to my car? Looks as if they skimmed over my carpet with a vacuum and that's it. Looked under my mats and there was grass under them still. Could tell they didn't even vacuum under them. Also didn't vacuum under my seats or in between the seats at all! Will never bring my car here for a detail again! I was beyond angry read more

Really would give it zero stars if I could. Horrible $21 experience. Car was still dirty after getting it washed. No one assisted me on dry the car also. Windows are dirty and has spots. I asked the manager, "I thought I paid for the gold package which included wheel cleaning" he's reply was oh yea. There was a Tahoe next to my truck all the workers were cleaning. So after my tires got clean the manager jumps in the Tahoe and leaves!!! Guess he needed his truck clean also read more

Went there today for basic car wash. As we were in the drying cycle, I heard a loud pop noise, looked in my rear view mirror and my gas cover was wide open and blowing in the wind. When I got out to close it the lock mechanism would not engage. It snapped off. The owner told me it was broken before I got there, refused to give me his name and and was completely unprofessional. My car is a new Mercedes and the gas cover is supposed to lock!! It worked fine until I got there... DO NOT GO HERE!! I left really upset and pulled over a mile away only to notice my car wasn't even clean!!! read more

Went through the car wash and it ripped pieces of my roof rack off my Toyota FJ. Manager was extremely disrespectful about it when I asked about their policy, claiming "he didn't feel like getting into it" at at the moment. If your car has any external pieces attached such as grill guards or roof racks, avoid this place. Hopefully the manager learns how to deal with customers in the correct way. read more

Spent over an hour getting my car cleaned (I only bought the basic package) because, according to the person cleaning my car he "had a lot of fires to put out". Like that's my problem. 4 other vehicles were cleaned and released in the time it took mine to be ready. I've been going there for a couple of years and they've had problems, mainly equipment issues due to (I was told) new management, but I was willing to look past that but not anymore. Worst car wash I have ever had there. Was told it was ready and it wasn't event close. I told the guy cleaning my car, just clean it like it was your car. He actually told me, "I rarely clean my car". My point exactly. Here's your sign Chachi. Will never go back. Telling me there were scratches they couldn't get out and I go over and lick my thumb and the grime goes away. I find grime around the logo in the back and they tell me I need a detail not just a car wash. They tell me the car is ready and there is grime in the grille. I used to come here all the time, but the quality and support they have cleaning (or not cleaning) has gone down hill. No true concern when I point it out they just wanted me out of there. Said they would assign a guy to follow me around and point out the areas they need to work on. Really! I paid to sit in a comfy area and expected that could be done with out me pointing out areas that needed to be redone. That's what the managers are for. To quality check the work. Good lord! If part of the car wash is broken and attendant knew it was broken, it would be nice for it to have been mentioned to me before I pay and go through, instead of afterwards when I ask why the last part of the wash didn't happen. When I asked about it attendant explained it was broken and offered to finish the drying process-but clearly this was purposely left out when I was asking about different washes beforehand. I guess he was hoping I wouldn't notice. Most of vacuums had poor suction, had to move my car twice to get to working vacuum. Water spots all over mirrors and car. Waste of money. read more

Today went to get my car washed at $29 my expectation was that it would be at least looking much better than before I arrived. Brought my Acura TL today to try out this place around 10am and it was perfect timing. I didn't have the wait long and the guy who cleaned the inside of my car did a very extensive and detailed cleaning. I chose to do the $29 package and was very satisfied with my result. So I brought in a second car, this time a Suburban and as I'm sitting in the waiting area watching them, they are doing an amazing job. Took their time to vacuum my carpet and washed my weather tech mats individually. They also did an amazing job with cleaning the rims to both of my cars. I also go the $29 package for the Suburban. Honestly, I don't mind waiting here because the lobby area is very cool and clean and so is the bathroom. People who works here are very nice and polite. I also love the area of where this car wash is located, the drive thru is spacious and not congested even when it's busy. Will definitely come back as this will be my car wash place from now on! read more

Came here for the first time last week. I found the prices to be reasonable, but I was not really satisfied with the results. The exterior was left with a large section along the bottom sides still dirty, as well as a lot of dirt remaining on the front/hood, as well as some on the back. I pointed out a couple of areas and the guys wiped it down some but definitely not a thorough cleaning. The cloths used to clean my windshield had residue on them and have left streaks everywhere. I will likely try another place next time. read more

It does not clean like it used to, they cut the soap back to a minimum...also I have a white car and it always gets grease from the carwash mechanical stuff, used to be great. My car is really wet and drippy coming out and they have this nasty rotating drying thing that just smears up your windows at the end..the self vacuums usually always have one that is not working..I have been going elsewhere now until they resolve these issues! read more

The service is great... When they are open! Says they are open Mon-Sat 9-6pm. Last three times I have gone they have been closed. Whether it is for weather or a broken machine. Yet, its competitors up the road never shut down. Too bad, would be great if they were more consistent. read more

Must have gone on a bad day. Car wash was $19 and supposed to include vacuuming, wipe down of inside, glass cleaning, and fragrance. They just stared at me when I exited car wash. Stopped and asked for the added services and told me that bays were full/concrete being worked. Asked for manager and told not on premise. Pretty rough crew working that day. read more

Hula is great!! I recently moved to Cross Creek and I had seen a woman post negative comments about Hula taking a long time on her car and boy is she wrong!! The computer check in wasn't fun my first time, but it will be easy next time now that I know how to do it. To be honest, the whole process took 45-60 min, but I was very happy with the results with the Hula wash package plus tires. The vehicle I brought them was our Metro Star van, which is huge & difficult to wash. They did a great job for a reasonable price. I've read the other reviews on here, and I just can't believe it. This was by far the BEST car wash I've ever had. The staff is extremely personable and did a great job on my detail. I HAVE had to wait a bit on a few occasions. But, honestly, there's a reason. It' s great car wash and lots of people want to come! I HAVE noticed that they have begun staffing more on the weekends and the wait has gotten better. I have had to wait MUCH longer for a MUCH worse job at other car washes in Katy. read more
