I dropped my car off for a full details and they took 4 hours. When i got my car, windows, seats, floors and cup holder still dirty. I'm not sure what they did at all if anything besides waste my time. I had to come back the next day for them to fix it and frankly it was still half done. I have been to this car wash multiple times over the years. Sometimes it's good, most times just ok. Today I was there for 1 hour & 45 minutes and I finally spoke up because my vehicle had already sat outside for 30+ minutes without being touched! I finally asked one of the men to just clean my wheels & tires because I needed to leave. The employees were drying & cleaning steadily but I think had little direction from management as they were processing vehicles out of order & leaving the longest waiting customer's (I was one) vehicles just sitting. I went to this location for the very first time this afternoon. Everyone was very nice until I went to get my car after it was detailed. There were two issues, one they didn't vacuum properly and had to send it back to get it done again (still not done) and there was a big scratched on the inside of my vehicle on the glove box area (see photos). I talked to 2 managers and both were very dismissive and tried to blame me for the damage. The managers were very rude, very short and unprofessional. All they cared about was me leaving. If I was a man, they would've taken me seriously. My car is always kept clean because I'm OCD and if you keep your car well maintained you get a better offer when you try to sell your car. I would not recommend this place at all, especially if you want your car in the same condition you dropped it off in. I will say the guys that wipe down your car were very nice and apologetic about my issue (not taking blame for it just apologizing) but the managers were not!! read more

Professional, high quality work, extremely friendly and very good pricing! I had some lights for my Jeep Wrangler that I wanted to get installed properly. The lights I had were from a previous owner and it wasn't really done right. Kevin (the owner) spent some time talking to me about what I was trying to accomplish and introduced me to Nico, who would be installing the lights and doing the wiring. He showed me everything he planned on doing and even called me during the installation to let me know about progress. He's very good at what he does and for those who are big on wire/ cable management, he's the kind of guy you want installing and setting things up, it's a very clean install. He even fixed some things for me that I wasn't aware of and showed me what he did and explained why. He went beyond what he had to do so that everything was done correctly. Thank you Nico for the hard work you put into this. Extremely profession, extremely high quality level of work. While waiting to pick up my vehicle ever staff member I came into contact with greeted me and spoke to me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I learned that they offer a great deal of services beyond wash and lube services and I wasn't expecting the wide range of services that they offer, I'll be back to have them do more work. The price was extremely competitive compared to other places I've gotten quotes from and I feel the value of what I got was beyond worth every dollar. Highly recommend. read more

Went and got a car wash I got the wheel package ($24.99) which includes vacuum window cleaning wheel cleaning and interior wipe down. They did a very good job vacuuming and with the exterior but they did not wipe down my dash I asked the guy to do when I picked up my car but he wiped it for maybe 5 seconds and told me it's good. Always have a pleasant experience whether basic car wash or car repairs. We've taken our 4 cars to them the last 3 years. Recently had a full detail and engine clean to trade in Jeep that has over 100k miles. Dealership gave us way above what we thought we'd get! Alex, the wash manager, is always helpful and will go above and beyond to provide 1st Class service. My BMW had a bad swipe from a grocery cart and I thought I'd have to take to dealership to get out, he ran and grabbed some items from the detail side and got it off. Be prepared for a long wait if you go on the weekend. The place is popular,clean and they have their system down. So why only 3 stars? The exterior of my truck I have no complaints on but whoever vacuumed the inside needs to have their eyes checked. The interior was pretty clean to start with but take the time to vac the seats. It only takes a second and I did it when I got home. I understand that nobody is going to do it the same way you would at home but they missed so many places on the interior that other places always take care of. Hopefully I just got a vac guy that was having an off day because it is a nice place. read more

The service was excellent but the car wash was terrible. I got the basic wash and it didn't clean the outside of my vehicle well at all. They washed the floor mats only well enough to turn the dirt into mud. Also, they removed a coffee mug to make sure no one broke it while it was getting "washed" (totally understandable) but never put it back in the car. read more

My first car wash at Cinco Auto 2 was not good. The truck was spotted and the rubber floor mats were still muddy. I avoided going there for about a year. Foolishly I went back today since it was convenient. Once again the wash/cleaning was a fail. I bought the #3 package which included interior cleaning. The console was greasy because they use so many chemicals. The windows were smeared and spotty, especially the front windshield. When I got home I had to wipe everything down with a towel to get the excess cleaner off the console etc. I then had to clean the windows myself in order to get the smears off left by Cincos dirty rags. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I won't. UPDATE... Went to the same location for a state inspection. Staff was courteous and inspection was timely. However, my car was handed back to me with grease all over the drivers seat cushion. I had to go back in and get somebody to clean it. Two strikes you are out. Shame on me for going back. Cinco Auto 2 always does an amazing job with my car. I feel like I get great value with my monthly pass. I highly recommend adding the Express Wax once in a while. It only takes one minute extra, and your car will shine amazingly, and the water and dirt beads off for weeks. Even when I drive through the express lane, my car is always cleaned well, including the brake dust on the wheels. I stopped by today, and Miguel did an incredible job on my filthy wheels and dusty interior. I hope management recognizes him for his excellent work. I hadn't seen him there before, but my car is cleaner than it's ever been. He really went above and beyond and took pride in his work. read more

Horrible job!! I shouldn't have to rewash my car after leaving. My car is brand new, and wasn't that dirty to begin with. They had to wash twice because they half dried it and watermarks or wax spray was still on it and dried. They ran it through again and eventually got the water or wax sray off but decided to not clean the glass or mirrors that time. When I came back for my car they had it parked with my keys on the tires. Nothing was said! It's not worth the money!!!!!! They can't even clean a new car good.. And forget about your tires and rims being cleaned properly, I watched them tire shine a dirty tire on a jeep!!! read more
