After my last negative review he went all 5 year old and wouldn't allow the tow company to pick up the car. Meanwhile he can't produce the parts he supposedly replaced(but wasn't given the okay to fix) When way more serious issues were happening. Talking with this dude is like dealing with a kid, and they have no business working on cars. His positive reviews are oil changes , headlights, and wiper blades, all these can be done by a gas station attendant. And oh by the way...one time around the block once the car was home and BING-check engine light back on. Little baby Dick should have picked a different profession, because a grown ass man and a mechanic he is not.

The oil changes are a GREAT price, and you get reward punches (after so many, you get a free one!). Another thing I love is that if I'm curious about the "why" of a repair, or how long can I make "x, y, or z" last, Pat is very realistic and up front with me. This place is ALWAYS busy, so do what you can to schedule ahead. Always pleased with the work done and for the most part I can say that I actually trust my mechanic!

He said, "I still come in some days to keep an eye on things." They don't have any frills that more expensive shops have: online social things, rewards club, dedicated pickup car, weekly email blasts, etc. They excel at good service for reasonable prices. My review went from four to five stars when they fixed a broken turn signal bulb for free (it may have been damaged during other repairs). Highly recommended!

The guy who answered the phone, Rick, was super friendly and very polite. He told me I could have my car towed that day and they'd try to take a look at it, but it was a Friday so he wasn't sure if they'd get to it. Totally fine. He gave me the number of a tow company that they work with that picked up my car. I didn't hear anything by the end of the day Friday, so I figured they weren't able to get to it. On Monday I got a call from Rick who gave me the bad news... pretty expensive repair but I had already figured that out from Googling. He said he'd order the parts and hopefully get them yet that day. I didn't hear anything back by the end of the day, so I figured they weren't able to get to it. Ha! Then I got a call on Tuesday afternoon saying my car was ready. Luckily my boyfriend and I work together so I wasn't needing a car while it was being worked on. Rick was again super friendly and polite when I picked up my car and everything is running smoothly again. He even followed up with me a couple days later via text to see if everything was still going okay. The lack of communication I experienced the first couple of days might stress some people out, but I wasn't too worried. I will be going to Mason Street Garage for all maintenance from now on. It's really nice to support a local business that cares about their customers and provides friendly service during what can be stressful situations.
