Great, friendly staff, and super clean environment! The hours are sometimes difficult because even as members you don't have 24/7 access. Early morning or night hours usually mean less people, afternoon hours can sometimes be busy and mean you'll have to adjust your workout based on what equipment is available. They keep it dark and low lit in the gym which I enjoy so I am less focused on my aesthetics or other people and more focused on getting in my workout and feeling accomplished. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a boutique gym, that is never overly crowded.

The sales staff seemed like they used to sell timeshares. I had a helluva time getting my ID back when I tried it out the gym on a guest pass. I totally get why there was a shooting here last year. It feels like a larger version of the Maryland Pkwy location.

The gym it self is ok it's like an elevated apartment gym and doesn't have everything but just enough. When it's busy you will have to wait for some equipment and again it's a smaller gym so not much space to move around if it's busy but that kind of is the theme with this particular chain. I prefer the rainbow and warm springs location best, it's bigger and they have machines that this location doesn't have. If you are looking for a smaller gym and come in early enough or get lucky when it's not busy this may be a fit. Just keep in mind their fob system if you have a membership through a third party.
