I've had a few administrative issues with email/contact information so that could use a little work. Otherwise, I love coming here. I can't say the same for my dog, because every time she comes she has to step on a scary scale and/or get poked. But this is to be expected!

I called to schedule home service care for my two cats for a total of 3 days (July 10 to 12, 2021)…read more Christina and Jen came out to my home to meet the cats and so I could show them where the food, litter, and treats were located. At that time the assured me that they would come for the scheduled days and send me pictures or updates regarding my cats. When I left home on Friday I left out 2 bowls of water and 4 dishes of food. Every day that I was away I received pictures and/or updates about my cats via text message. When I arrived home Monday evening (July 12th), both bowls of water only had water covering the bottom and the food was only covering the bottom of ALL 4 food dishes. I have left my cats alone for 2 days in the past, with no one coming into the home to check on them, with the same set up of food and water(2 water bowls and 4 dishes of food). After 2 days of the cats being alone in the past, all of the bowls would still be about 80% full when I returned home. That was not the case when I returned after 4 days away with people supposedly caring for my pets. There is no way that they were filling their food and water daily, like I had contacted for them to do. I was very disappointed, but decided to just pay my bill and move on. I recently requested my keys back and they informed me they would be sent back via certified mail and there was a $20 charge to mail them per our contract. The same contract that stated the cats would be cared for daily. Their audacity in asking for $20 to get my keys back is what prompted me to leave this rating. I normally do not write reviews, but I wanted to warn others who care for their pets as much as I do, to BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE.

One of the things I love about this office is that they have walk-in sick hours every weekday morning. This is huge, as there have been occasional concerns we've had about our cats, but this allowed us to avoid crazy emergency visit charges. We are also able to schedule out Saturday appointments, where we can both bring the cats (it can be a lot to get them in their carriers by yourself) if needed. Their appointments do fill up fast but their walk-in hours are a great option if you are in a bind. They are also great about refilling my one cat's meds and helping answer questions etc. The staff is always nice and helpful, and the place itself is always clean. We are very happy coming here.

They were super kind and professional. Just doing their job. But if your dog isn't actually sick and just has diarrhea just get metronidazole and Fortiflora online and save yourself the diagnostics, poop exam, and overcharge on medicine especially some otc stuff. Lisa was beyond pleasant to work with. Her personality was also very charming which helped a lot along the way, because we were both amateurs at posing. She brought her assistant for our photoshoot, Paul, who was also as charming. I received my engagement photos in the USB last week and as expected, the pictures were amazing. Our families love them too. It's totally worth it to spend a little bit extra money to get all the photos, especially when the work was excellent and the pictures turn out very beautiful. If our wedding was in town, Lisa West would definitely be our wedding photographer. I highly recommend Lisa for anyone who is looking for a photographer that is personable, professional and "super on-time" with her work. I have heard other photographers that promised you one day, but you wouldn't get your photos until weeks/months later, so be careful with your choice because of course, everyone is excited to see their beautiful photos. They have a safe environment and trainers that are able to provide my pup socialized skills, clarity in communication and time that I wasn't able to provide him with. Elissa is so kind, patient and very supportive. Honestly, all their trainers are so passionate about dogs, they care about them so much and advocate for the dog's success, they will all help you to become a better and responsible dog parent. I LOVE that they help me strengthen the bond with my beloved one and there for me all the way through (super responsive!) My pup came home more confident, focus and happy. He is now a proud CGC pup, were able to enjoy our outings safely together and have a great start to discover all the adventures life throws our way. She is also very timid and a little backwards. It does not help that as soon as I lift her she wiggles and splays her legs. I booked an appointment for her. This is a really good deal. I paid $50 for a bath, ear clean and nail trim. The nail trim is normally $21. They were great about reminders and letting me know how things were progressing and when she would be ready. My dog smelled incredible was not freaked out and 4 days later is still the best smelling thing in the house.

They also double check to make sure your lease allows cats, and do vet references before adopting. If a cat unfortunately doesnt work out at your home, they'll take them back to the rescue with open arms! Each cat is vaccinated and fixed before going home as well! To add, you know the cats are well cared for because every single kitty was an absolute sweetheart (some kitties didn't get along with other kitties at times which is normal, but each kitty loved on the people who were there!)
