José arranged for me to bring it right in and upgraded to its max capacity of Windows 11, in less than 2 hours. At pick-up, he then found an issue with it not connecting to WiFi. So he said he'd open it up to try and work it out by end-of-day at no extra charge, because I also told him I had to head out of town that following Sunday. And y'all, he did exactly that!
