Iggy fixed my laptop screen. The shell around the screen was coming apart for some reason. I took pictures, created a project in Yelp, and requested quotes. Iggy and only one other shop responded. I went with Iggy because he charged me about 1/3 the price of the other shop. I got my laptop back in two days, looks brand new. He also gave me a discount because I had to travel far to get to him. Nice guy, very responsive the whole time. read more

Hi, I needed to install my WiFi deco system, going from WiFi 5 to WiFi 7, I called a few different places, they all wanted a lot of money to do it, I am a senior citizen on limited budget, Iggy was the only one that was reasonable, plus excellent reviews, he his a very personable person, he came over on time, plus he was very professional and definitely was very knowledgeable, my system is working awesome, plus he checked my PC and made some adjustments to make my computer more efficient, I will definitely be using for any future networking or computer services, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

I've asked Iggy for help twice: to set up my home network and to fix my desktop PC which was failing to boot. Iggy has done such an exemplary job both times that I felt compelled to write this review, he is honest, forthcoming, and explained and showed everything he was doing the entire time. He gave me wonderful advice on how I should set things up, and was incredibly patient with me, my knowledge, and my schedule. Iggy's computer service has been a life saver for recovering data off my computer that I initially thought I deleted all the files for. I was panicking but Juan was the first to respond to my service request and reassured me with his impeccable knowledge of tech stuff. He's a very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable guy who will go out of his way to explain everything about your device. Truly doing this out of love and care for his customers than a profit, he charged me extremely fairly while any of the other competitive services would have charged me triple. Seriously, I'm blown away by how cheap it was when this service is usually in the hundreds from what I have seen. Another incredible benefit is that he will come over to pick up your devices and computers, and drop off your hard drives with the recovered data. This is a huge plus for those who have heavy computers. The only tiny issue I'd mention is that he may take longer than the planned meetup time, and there were a couple delays with the drop off of my flash drive, so I would recommend that you use his services if you're not in a particular rush. That was not much of an issue to me personally, but I thought it would be good to mention. Otherwise, he is a wonderful person and I cannot rave enough about his customer service, professionalism, communication, and prices. I will definitely be contacting him again for any of my tech needs and will recommend him to my friends. read more

Iggy is the kind of tech support guy you wish you found years ago. My HP Omen laptop needed a hard drive replacement and a RAM upgrade, and instead of dealing with overpriced shops, I found someone who's experienced and genuinely cares. Iggy is like having a friend who's a computer wiz that you can call for help at any time. My laptop was out of commission for two years because the top cover broke. I didn't know where to take it in for repair, and Best Buy sounds too corporate and high cost. I searched Yelp, and Iggy contacted me. He was very prompt and courteous with his replies. He was also transparent with his fees and didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need. He spent time searching Amazon for correct part so I could order before bringing my LT to him for repair.
