Beautiful, well appointed office at a steep price. Buyer beware!! I left this place feeling totally scammed. Advised when booking appointment I was only interested in the checkup & cleaning covered by my insurance. Reiterated again upon checking in. Addtl X-rays not covered by my plan were taken in addition to the ones covered without notifying me beforehand. Dr. advised I needed several addtl procedures totaling over $1200 (cavities, fillings and medication) and best of all-no one was available for a cleaning. Adding insult to injury, I was charged $120 for what should have been a free visit due to their shady practices. Saw someone new 1 week later. Had a cleaning. Here's the best part-no cavities. All team rocks!!! I got there recently for a bad experience with another dentist but they makes me forgot it at all!!! The receptionist is just a sweetheart!!! The assistants are So kind and Dr. Maderal is just great!!! We are 5 people at home (toddler, teenagers and adults) and everyone had a pretty good experience. Everybody explain you everything every step of the way to make you feel comfortable and secure. Also, they care about all your needs, from insurance coverage to pain or insecurities about procedures. My husband and one of my sons are afraid of deep cleaning for bad experiences before but not anymore. They felt no pain at all!!! I went to Dr Maderal's office for a check up and cleaning since my regular dentist was booked. Dr. Maderal's only concern was to sell me her highly priced services (Crowns, etc) instead or referring me to a specialist to examine a tooth that required immediate attention **I was not provided with a written treatment plan during my visit or even after I specifically requested it during check out. Neither was I given a referral for an endodontist, oral surgeon or scheduled in office with any other specialists** I went to see my dentist today and had an emergency root canal done and was referred to an oral surgeon on a tooth that Dr. Maderal did not pay any attention to during her exam. Having worked in the dental field for 10 yrs as an Office Manager I was immediately concerned about this tooth just by looking at the xrays. I strongly recommend you do your research when looking for a good dentist that cares about his/her patients and is not only looking to make a profit. Your dental health is extremely important and should be taken very seriously. The dental hygienist (Leo) is wonderful and she and Dr Maderal always explain everything thoroughly prior to examination/procedure. WARNING - all the good reviews about this place are fake. I had a terrible experience late last year where I posted a bad review because I was mistreated and judged from the moment I walked in. I don't know if the lady at the front desk was having a bad day or what, but she was very aggressive and talked down to me like I was stupid when I asked a question. The doctor and assistant were not very helpful either in making me feel comfortable about asking questions or understanding my X-rays. I never ended up going back or getting any work done there. When I posted my bad review (late last year), the owner got a hold of me and asked me to come back, that she would change my perspective on the company and treat me to a free cleaning (which she knows is covered by my insurnace so nothing is free) if I would remove the bad post. I took some time to see other dentists and get some opinions. They recommended I had some work done soon, but they didn't take my insurnace. I didn't want to continue searching for dentists and wasting my time so I figured, "Hey, we all have off days," and decided to give this place a chance again. When I called, I made an appointment without making a fuss about who I was and everything was good to go. I then decided to delete my negative review and give the place another shot. A little while after I deleted it, the secretary (who was the rude one from the previous review) called back with a smirk attitude in her voice and told me they don't take my insurance anymore. Later I had my boyfriend call on another number to ask if they took it and she said yes. So... clearly I was tricked and then refused service. I have never felt so uncomfortable trying to conduct business with a set of professionals (or should I say unprofessionals) in my life. These people are on the scheme. Beware. read more

I have always been terrified of the dentist... mainly the smell of the dental office and anxiety for the procedures and anesthesia needle. Well, this office was a dream come true for me. Of course, I only showed up because I was in excruciating molar pain, but I'm so glad I went. The office doesn't smell "dentally," instead it smells like a spa with aromatic candles everywhere. Additionally, the dental chair actually massages you! It gives a slow, soothing back rub (not annoying vibrating). When I started feeling my usual anxiety, I focused on the rhythm of the massage and I breezed through my root canal! The staff is refreshingly friendly, and the dentist was very professional and (believe it or not) conscientious about my pocket! Due to my fear of the dentist, I need a lot of work. She was not about "the plan," instead she said we will take it little by little. I only wish I would have found them sooner! I've never looked forward to going to the dentist, and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment this Thursday :) read more

My local friends who were patients at Allure recommended I give them a call. They were able to fit me in for a same day treatment and were very straightforward with what the repair would cost. They show you high resolution images of your teeth so you know exactly what's going on. Staff are friendly and professional. Two major things that differentiate this office from others... The Friendly Staff and The Cleanliness/Sanitary. I should have listened to the yelp reviews about how this dentist is all about over charging patients. I've been looking for a new dentist and this one was close by so I decided to give it a try. First off the receptionist is not very friendly, I stood there waiting to be acknowledged while she was on her computer. A little common courtesy maybe, perhaps say hello be right with you. Anyways my cleaning to say the least was rough. Picture an angry lady trying to clean your teeth but it feels like she hates her job type of deal. That's what I got. The bill was a surprise because they charged for stuff that I never agreed to. I just paid and got out of there. The worst part is my boyfriend had an appointment later that day and he went before I could tell him how it went. Anyways they ended up scamming him too. They basically look at how much money they can get out of you. Don't be fooled by the fancy office because believe me they scam every patient who goes there to pay for it. I later looked at the "positive" reviews on this business and if you look carefully the positive reviews are always new accounts made on the same day and have no reviews prior or a couple just to throw you off. That's why some positive reviews are under the not recommended section. I wouldn't be surprised if this dentist makes these fake accounts or tells her friend to rate her just to boost her rating. read more

The prices are highest compare with other ones. Almost all the time you get what you pay for, but It is too much money to spend and you can get the same or better results with another dentist. I have experienced better attention. Needed a deep cleaning.
