I love HumbleBee. I've been a loyal customer for years because they're one of very few places that offer sugaring. They also promote natural ingredients and products over fancy, name brand stuff. They have such great communication with their clients. When there's a change in the schedule for the day, they will offer bringing you in sooner, even if it's 15 or 30 min. I think I've finally found my regular sugaring lady, Tori!! I've been living here for a year now, came from Cali and thought it was time to move on from my sugaring lady there. She's made it really hard to move on because I haven't had the greatest experience finding one out here. Although the "First time client special" ad for $42 Brazilian and free underarm was a bit misleading, Tori did make me feel comfortable. Tori did not qualify for this special because it's only for the newest workers only. I would call to make sure which worker this deal applies for so you don't feel like you got jipped getting there thinking you're paying a diff price. Anyway, I had a great experience with Tori because she was super friendly and very personable so I didn't mind paying the full price. After 3 years of living in Henderson, I finally looked into a place for a Brazilian so that I don't have to wait to go back home to California every time I need one. I called the phone number on yelp and received a text message from a Humble Bee representative to help assist me in making an appointment at the location of my choice. I made the appointment with Tori at this location. When I arrived, I texted Tori to let her know I was outside (per the instructions on the form I filled out online), and she texted me back that she'd let me know as soon as I can come in. Humble Bee is located inside Sola Salon, so there's not really anywhere to sit in there. As soon as I got the text from Tori, I made my way in. I really loved her set up, the lights were a bit dimmed and it just seemed very friendly. Tori was super nice and friendly! She made me feel very comfortable, and we chatted during the entire process. I had never done sugaring before, and it was actually a lot better than waxing in my opinion. Waxing isn't painful for me, but I felt it even less with sugaring, and it wasn't sticky afterwards either! I also had a mask done for ingrown hairs, and it looks so much better now.
