Don't get it confused with a cold plunge, as it didn't get anywhere near as cold as one of those gets, but it was still very nice and a good way to cool down from the incredibly hot steam room. The men's area was spotless and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The men's snack area included complimentary water, chocolate covered blueberries, pretzels, granola, tea, and two juices. However, they keep brushing me off and telling me they called the insurance and there's nothing they could do for me however they keep wanting to offer me another massage. They really think I'm crazy to take another massage after you cause me pain that is out of control now. No thank you so I called back and went there to speak with the manager and they keep saying well. It was on a gift card. We can't give you your money back, but we could give you another massage. There's nothing we can do. Did you let the massage therapist know that you were hurting you didn't have to complete the massage I expressed to them I told her she was hurting she would lighten up and I told her where to concentrate on because she was making my back hurt. Please don't go there if you have any medical issues because they don't care. You put all of that on a screening that they do but they don't listen to. They are just out for money. They told me they referred it to the insurance because they could not do anything. However it has now been a month and I still have not heard from no one. They just lied to me. They have no intentions on contacting the insurance because they feel what they done was right. I have a bill from the emergency room where I had to be treated and it's like oh well never again will I support a massage envy ever and you shouldn't either.
