There is nothing about this business I can recommend. Unless you like extremely poor customer service and sub-par food. Three were seven of us who ordered dinner because we thought they were a restaurant, it's more like a bar that also serves bar food. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich as did one of my co diners. Mine came out but the fries were soggy and cold and the sandwich was more bread than I would have liked and not spicy. They somehow wrote that my friend ordered a burger. An honest mistake I know, but since all of our food had come out so slow it was surprising that her food didn't come out until the rest of us were finished. I, a senior, along with patrons at other tables were stunned into silence as the server literally, (I'm using this correctly), literally screamed at me saying I was ride because I said she deserved a discount. I recently also posted this on Google reviews where I was responded to with an apology, which was nice where they said I should have received my meal for free,. I was given a discount. I would just say I never asked for free or discounted meal but I felt as though my friend did. When we walked in we were directed to sit at a table and given menus. The place was pretty empty minus two women with a very young toddler, a couple people at the bar, and a small group outside. Despite the lack of people, it took 10 minutes to even be asked about our order. We ordered our food and then waited and waited. Two of us got their food first. One had some chicken and the side salad. The salad received was missing half of the ingredients described on the menu. I have included a picture of the salad description for support. My friend kindly asked to have the olives and peppers that were missing. With an attitude the server left and then took another 8 minutes to bring the stuff that should have been there. I forgot to mention, he also stated they ran out of olives and peppers only to come back a second later and say they found some. Some more time past and the rest of us got our food. The food was just okay. Not what was expected for the price, but whatever. Any who, when the rest of our salads came they consisted of iceberg lettuce and cherry tomatoes!!! Again missing the other ingredients listed in the menu. I just read the menu again and it says mixed lettuces....that was definitely ONE type. We politely asked for the rest of our salad. A few minutes later he arrived back stating "we don't typically do this but..." Um what?!!! You don't typically serve what you describe in your menu?!! F that noise! Never again NEVER again. He was rude from the jump and then didn't provide what was ordered. Note! None of us substituted anything or asked for anything extra! We simply ordered what was listed and got shit. Then blamed or made to feel like we were the problem. That is a no sir! GO SOME PLACE ELSE! The sad thing is, the beer was actually good. Terrible service. Rude staff. Food just okay and missing what it was supposed to have. BANDAIDS. Good beer. But not even the best beer would bring me back or influence me to recommend this place. Great beer selection, great food, great service. Checked the place out on a Saturday afternoon. Had a couple beers and the Gouda sliders. They might've been some of the best burgers I've ever had. And the beer was great too, I had the tiger pride double IPA and the carrot ale which sounds weird but is pretty good. All in all, great all around. Would definitely go again. Such a nice addition to the valley! The location is great and the atmosphere is really nice. They have a good selection of beers on tap and most of their stuff is local. The prices on the beers are also very good with most ranging from $5-7 for a pint. They're also really generous with allowing you to try all the flavors you want. They also have a good-sized food menu although I we weren't too impressed with the food. We ordered the wings, carne asada fries and lobster Mac n cheese. The sauce on the wings was not good and we didn't like the ranch or bleu cheese dressing it came with. The carne asada fries were ok but the fries needed to be cooked more and then needed more toppings or something. The Mac n cheese was also lacking in flavor and crab meat. They had very little design to set them apart on the interior and their kitchen was closed when I got there, but I was there to try the beer and that deserves five stars. Fantastic local establishment. The beer is excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic and the aesthetic fits in beautifully with the valley. I'm a local that moved out of the valley so I was super intrigued about trying this place out and it didn't disappoint. My wife and I will definitely stop by anytime we're in the valley to visit family. I initially came here to try the Horchata Highline Stout which they unfortunately ran out of, but the Highline Stout did not disappoint. The Red Ale was also pretty good. Both hit the spot really well. My wife had the Charles and Charles Rose wine which she really enjoyed, was very smooth. We also shared the house chips which were simple fries, but really good. The service overall was fantastic and the people people there great. Stay humble. read more
