I've been using this cleaner ever since the old owners and I've never had a problem. She claimed she looked for it and looked every day, but however, I still brought my clothes there to get them clean. I came in today 5/17/25 to pick up clothes and drop off clothes. I Asked her if she would take another look while I was here. She refused to do so. I asked her for the owner's name she refused to give it to me. I asked her for the owner's number she refused to give it to me. So therefore, the clothes that I was gonna drop off, I did not drop them off and I am speaking out now because these people have new people in there and they're stealing clothing and refusing to work with the customer to get them back.
