When i came to pick up the car it was all dusty and the roof and trunk were covered in oil. He came out apologized and kinda wiped it then charged me $160 for an estimate that he did not have ready and told me that he will email it to me and I am still waiting on that email since 12/5/2023. Needless to say we were in a difficult situation with nowhere to turn. I will speak to the character of the three mechanics at Manzo's who took care of the problem for us. They managed to rescue the poor kitten without harm and with good humor. To top it all off they didn't charge for their time or effort. Truly a class act. He even let me walk in the work area and showed what he is doing and recommended things I will be needing to get done. Like ai said he was SUPER helpful. Usually oil/auto shops won't let you go in where they are working and don't have time to explain to you but this place does! I love that since then I know they are working on what needs to be done.
