You can choose from salad bowl, rice bowl, or even a quinoa bowl. Then you can pick your protein and your toppings. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our salmon to be ready, but it's OK because the cashier was kind and attentive. For my drink, I opted for the pineapple cream soda, which was delectable.
