My go to at any Greek place is a classic salad with gyro meat. This sets the tone for everything else they might offer. Their salad was fantastic! While the serving of lettuce may not be as much a other places, the ingredient quality and the dressing is really good. Some Greek salads are very coarse chopped to where you have to do your own additional cutting, but this place chops it all in perfect bite sizes. The gyro meat on top was grilled up and that made the flavors come out really nicely. The portion of gyro meat is also generous. I'm usually a "dressing on the side" person so I can regulate the amount, but they did it well here. They tossed the salad in dressing - it was the right ratio to salad components. Really well done! If you're dining in, the person will come serve your table and he was very nice and friendly. The dining room has some worn out chairs - but who cares! The food is on point! read more

Decided to give this place a try, but wish i never did:-( The moment i walked in it was empty only one table was being served which was odd to me. I sat down and took a look at the menu. Since it was my first time i wasnt sure what i was going to get. I decided on the keftadakia plate with fries instead of greek salad and a side of hummus since the plates dont include it :-( When the plate arrived it seemed very small for the price. Let me mention im a petite person so to me it seemed like a childs size lol thats how little rice and bread was offered. The rice was not authentic at all tasted like boxed roce or day old , the hummus was very salty , tomato was undercooked and very little pita bread was offered for such a large plate. I knew it wasnt going to be enough lol !! To top it off as i was eating i noticed red meat inside which shocked me since its suppose to be ground beef. I asked the waiter if its ground beef and he said yes i told him its undercooked for ground beef and he said thats how they serve it. I was so confused that they are ok to serve ground beef that can cause food borne illness:( i then stopped eating and decide to leave. Then to top it off i was charged a debit sur charge fee of $1.20 on top of the total lol wow this place is a joke...... I wont be coming back here and dont recommend it to anyone!!! especially if your hungry lol there are so many other greek places that serve double the amount for the price. read more

I was in the area and decided to go for Greek food after running around. Initially, I had plans to go to a different place, but as I drove by, I decided to stop here at the last minute. I'm glad I made that choice. My mom and I shared the tzatziki platter, which was served with pita bread and pita chips. The tzatziki was incredibly fresh and delicious. Next time, I'll ask for extra garlic because I'm a huge fan of garlic in that sauce and it was lightly added. For my main dish, I ordered the traditional gyro. It was a perfect combo of shredded gyro, onion, lettuce, and a garlic sauce. My mom ordered the Spartan fries with chicken. It was delicious, full of spices and herbs, topped with a wonderful garlic sauce. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definitely stop by. read more

Man... I don't have pictures but trust me when I say the food here is delicious. I wasn't expecting a sit down restaurant compared to other fast casual Greek Mediterranean restaurants. My wife and I order the steak bowl and chicken plate and both meats were tender and flavorful. The plate came with rice, a vegetable skewer and some tzatziki sauce. All good! The bowl came with vegetables like a salad and pita for both meals. We topped it off with baklava which was also delicious. Great hidden gem! The food is wonderful !!! The staff is amazing!!! It is a sit down restaurant, not too big, not too small either, decent size of the restaurant, very cozy and authentic feel. The restaurant is very nice, clean and inviting.( new owner has remodeled the place) . Atmosphere is quaint and with Greek music for white noise in the background playing takes you on a journey to Greece. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. We were greeted warmly when we have walked in. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great vibes and great atmosphere inside the restaurant. The food was served quickly and it was super delicious. We have tried a little bit of everything on their menu. They offer a wide selection of traditional Greek appetizers , Gyro, Salads, Rice Bowls, Veggie options and then big selection of Souvlaki plates , fries and other side dishes. Our favorite was : house specialty Lamb Shank and Souvlaki chicken plate was so good too . Honestly, everything was so tasty and fresh. First time here. We came here on a Saturday at 11:30am and they were not busy. For dine in, just take a seat and then they'll come and get your order. My boyfriend ordered the Traditional Greek Gyro which came with a side of french fries. I ordered the Gyro Plate and requested no side salad. Both had good flavor and we thought they were great. This is truly a hidden gem in Henderson, located in a small strip mall next to Sunset Station casino. Food and service were amazing! We had Greek salad with skewers of grilled chicken and ground beef kefta. Also ordered a plate of grilled shrimp and lemon potatoes, added lamb kabob skewer. And baba ganoush appetizer. Everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned and tasted amazing. Large portions, plenty of leftovers. Very reasonable prices for food quality. Thankfull to the person that recommended this place. Randomly started talking to a customer sitting next to me in a hair salon, turns out he is Greek and knows where to find the best tasting Greek food in Henderson. Definitely recommend this restaurant. So much better than the chains places, it's family owned. Will be back to try other dishes! read more

This gem has been around for quite sometime in Henderson but I was unaware of it til recently. My lady and I were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food as well as the family friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious, we ordered the moussaka and the keftadakia plate. Both were so hearty and seasoned so well. The dessert of the pistachio baklava ice cream was also delicious. Order #08793029-9892170 food delivered luke warm. asked for utensils, no utensils provided. asked and paid for extra t. sauce, none provided. no napkins provided. lamb kabobs so tough i could barely chew them, they were grossly overcooked. potatoes were so spicy, I couldn't eat them and I'mma spicy girl. Gyros meat looked sick. So disappointed. I used to go into this small greek cafe and the food was good. Obviously changed ownership and the food is awful now. Dare I say the best gyro in Vegas. I got the traditional gyro and it was delicious. Ingredients are fresh from the garden. Meat is full of flavor. Pita was soft and yummy. Tzatziki was tasty. It all comes together in perfect harmony. The place is nice and clean but turn down the Greek music. Service was friendly and quick. The only bad thing is the parking lot is very small. There is only one entrance/exit so when you get to the end you have to turn around. I got the last spot available at 4pm. read more

We had to make The Greek Bistro one of our favorites in our rotation because the food was DELICIOUS . I ordered the Shrimp Greek plate which was absolutely delicious. Even the Greek salad was delicious. I love olives so it was a special treat. Melissa remembered us from our previous visit, which made it more special. Besides great food and exceptional service, although it is in a small mall, the decor is pleasant and Greek inspired. Makes me want to go to Greece, with its ocean beauty. The food was GREAT! I met friends here and it was the first time any of us had been here. It was a seat yourself type of place. Once the entire party arrived our order was taken shortly after. Our food came out pretty quickly. No mistakes were made and the food was great! I had a chicken gyro and my friend's had a shrimp bowl and chicken skewer w fries plate. Portions were great. Not too little or massive. Priced well for what you got. If I had any complaints it would be the interior was a bit dated. The chair seats were cracked and pretty worn. The place was classically decorated in typical Greek fashion with lots of traditional blue and white throughout which makes sense given the type of cuisine it is. Overall, solid Greek joint. We were looking for something to eat later in our hotel suite, and the reviews were good. While we only got heavy appetizers and baklava this time, we'll be back for more. Placed to go order online based on the reviews, I wanted to try it. The food is good but honestly not enough pita come with the dish. Also I had ordered a side of hummus for $2.25 and I thought it would be a decent size side but it was super tiny. No utencils or condiments came in the bag with my order, kind of disappointed. The moussaka was pretty good here (I added ghost pepper at home), but I really came for the gyro, and that was average at best. It's a pretty sad looking gyro, but decent in taste. I'm also used to gyros coming with feta standard (this one didn't have it and my wife didn't know to ask when ordering the carry out). read more

I think this will place is hit or miss. Everything on the Mezza plate was very good, except for the spanakopita. And that's probably just personal preference that I like more cheese and less spinach. The pastitsio, however, was terrible. It was overcooked to the point of being burnt on top, and the Bechamel was almost chunky instead of creamy. Additionally, the macaroni/beef layer was bland, and the tomato sauce was watery like the liquid from a can of tomatoes. Since it also tasted like it came from a can, maybe it did. I've been here plenty of times and have brought people here plenty of times. Food is great 5 stars. But the customer service received today 8.4.25 @11:30am made us wait, asked for the menu and was told to wait. A couple came in 11:40, they walked up and asked for dining in, sat down and were given menus while we waited to be acknowledged. We just left. Big turn off, I will share this with the people I know who have come here because of me to not come here ever again. read more

Adding the salmon to the bowl alone was nearly $15, and our meal for two ended up close to $80. That's considerably more than we usually spend at other high quality counter service Greek and Mediterranean restaurants around town. The food was excellent, and we would definitely return, just probably more sparingly because of the cost and the 45 minute drive from our house. They also have a location closer to us in Centennial that we'll likely check out. Overall, this is a solid restaurant that's absolutely worth a visit. Greek Bistro is 100% the best Greek food I have ever had!! The meat is cooked and seasoned amazingly!!! The chef cooks the best, most tender meat, and grilled both the filet mignon and lamb to a perfect medium rare!!The pita bread is so soft and yummy! My only concern where the size cuts of the beef since they were about less than 2 inch cubes and thought the meat portion was a bit small for the amount of rice. Other than that everything had good flavor. What I really enjoyed about eating here was the friendly service. The place is clean and has a good amount of seating.
