Gyros are the best of eating !! Mmmm!! Oh my let's get to eating but first some things about the restaurant . This is a family thing! It's an amazing restaurant and place. Come and join me. Bring the whole family too! You will have to come see to be impressed. Wow! What an incredible experience? The staff is absolutely incredible, they deserve more than five stars but this is the best that Yelp offers . How much appreciation comes from the owners to please the people. It's beyond words. So mama helps when she can. Her name is Christine, and her amazing daughter is the one that keeps its going. Mind you this young woman, business owner is a mother of a small child and absolutely kills it. She needs an applause; Vee is this amazing ambitious ambassador of the community. The food here is delicious too! Beyond the fact the food is amazing and delicious. The service and work that goes into this restaurant makes it even better. The pricing is great. We just stumbled upon this place too. If you're in the mood for a gyro and all that jazz that accompanied your tastes don't worry stop by. Now to eating the food, it's absolutely delicious and worth the wait. Almost everything is made fresh so if you're on a time limit the wait is well worth it. The restaurant has a sitting area for eating here if you choose this. Or take the food to go. Either way the special family connection pulls you in. And the food keeps you committed. Let's indulge .

I tried a lot of Gyro's for area but Yanni's Gryros is my favorite. I love the simplicity of food with awesome flavors. They offer catering too. I am glad that this place is close to Silverado and Maryland The place is small but clean.

This place has great food! I had the Beef Kabob dinner. It is served with a side Greek salad, pita bread, a grilled onion, and rice. I also had a fantastic piece of Dubai chocolate baklava for dessert. This is a family owned & operated local business. If you are craving some mediterranean food, this is not too expensive and a great choice.

Yanni's Gyros has been on my list of casual restaurants to try for a long time now. We stopped in on a Tuesday evening. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. There's a few tables and high top tables and they definitely get busy. We were immediately greeted and asked if we had any questions about the menu. We ordered garlic feta fries to share, a chicken skewer plate, and a chicken shawarma plate. The plates came with Greek salads and rice pilaf. The portions are huge. The food is made fresh to order. The salads are fresh and the dressing was tasty. They are generous with their servings. Both of our plates were tasty and the garlic feta fries are a must try when dining here. The service was even better. The cashier was so nice and friendly, and I didn't need to ask for anything from her. She knew what I needed before I had to ask for it. Overall, we had a great experience and will return.

We came here for a late lunch yesterday and loved it! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the owner was super friendly. Highly recommend!

Glad I finally came to try Yanni's Gyros, since it's right around the corner from my nail place because it totally satisfied my craving for a "wrap". The restaurant was very clean. I honestly wanted to try a few things off the menu, but I ordered the gyro pita meal which comes with fresh seasoned fries & a beverage (so I got a lemonade). The meat was tender, flavorful and the pita was packed with lettuce, onion, parsley, and yummy tzatziki. My to-go order was brought over to me and was offered a refill on my drink, thanks to the kind lady behind the counter. Looking forward to trying other foods. Efharisto!

First time here, I walked in and was greeted by a really nice lady. Being my first time here, it took me a minute to look at the menu and ask a question or two. The lady was very patient with me which was so appreciated. I ordered the Gyro wrap and the garlic feta fries. The gyro was really good and the garlic feta fries, no lie, the BEST I've ever had. The place is not huge but was nicely presented, clean with several tables and a counter by the window you can sit at. I ordered the combo so it came with a drink. I got my drink and sat down. The food was ready pretty quickly and she delivered my food to the table. I enjoyed the gyro, it was a nice size, a good amount of meat with the usual veggies. I liked it. The fries were the best I've ever had. Very well prepared, tasted amazing and the prices very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will be back anytime I'm on that side of town. If they had a closer location I'd be a regular. When I go to that side of town and need lunch, I'll be there. Possibly even tomorrow.

We love Yanni's Gyros, it is the family's favorite greek/Mediterranean place to eat! Always fresh and delicious! This year my husband planned my 40th birthday at Yanni's and it was wonderful! I really enjoyed the surprise from family & friends at my favorite restaurant in town. Thank you Yanni's for making my 40th so special!

How they made the white meat of a chicken so juicy is incredible! We got two different chicken meals. I believe the cut was just different. The meal size was also the perfect amount. I finished everything! The lady who helped us was also so kind. We came in for early dinner on a rainy day and were the only ones there so service was pretty fast.

What to say about this place!!? It was more than a…read morerestaurant, it was a whole experience! From the moment we walked in and were greeted, with a Happy Birthday, to being seated in a secluded corner next to a little water feature that added extra ambiance! Our server immediately came over and greeted us with a bowl and warm flowery water to rinse our hands. He explained how the courses worked, and asked if we'd like cocktails- we had the white wine seasonal sangria and it was delicious! Fresh and fruity! The dancers came out before our first course and the music was really loud- like thumping my seat loud... probably the only thing I would have like done differently. The first course came out and it was shrimp scampi with homemade bread - the shrimp was enough to serve at least 3 people- and it was tasty with lots of flavor! The next course was a lentil soup , served in a bowl with no utensils, and we were told to drink out of the bowl. This was also very flavorful! It was filling so I only took a couple sips of mine to leave room for the food to come! The next course they brought out was a tower of Hummus Baba Ghannouj Moroccan style olives, cucumbers & carrots, along with crispy pita Next was the Beef Kabob served on a skewer stabbed in a pineapple with dry ice for a spectacular presentation. The meat was so tender you could cut it with the fork! It was so much food it could have fed our family of 4, but it was just me and my husband! The last savory food item was the Moroccan Couscous & Chicken Platter- this chicken was so tender it fell off the bone when I picked it up with my fork- it was deliciously flavorful with middle eastern spices!! And the couscous were cooked perfectly! Lastly, they brought out a desert along with tambourines and drums and bright lights and sang a happy birthday song to me! The cake was not my favorite- but it was cute with a design on top It was a Moroccan pastry stuffed with bananas, nuts & chocolate topped with powdered sugar & cinnamon. They served it along with a sweet hot delicious mint tea! The dancers came out about every 20-30 minutes and they were beautiful and interactive with the crowd, asking diners if they'd like to get up and belly dance with them.... It was very fun to watch! We had a wonderful time, we would definitely go back! Next time on an empty stomach, and with the ability to take our leftovers home!! Highly recommend!!!

The sounds, the smells, the atmosphere were all beautiful. We were seated and the first thing they do is bring over a beautiful basin to wash our hands in. They poured rosewater over our hands. Such a beautiful experience. They had a pre fixe menu and everything sounded so wonderful. We started with the shrimp, scampi and bread. The shrimp was buttery and garlicky and delicious. And the bread was a big fluffy loaf of delicious deliciously baked bread. We used the bread to sop up the juices from the scampi. Next team, the lentil soup. I've always loved lentil soup, and this was next level soup. So tasty so intriguing the different flavors. Next came the tower of dips and spreads. I've never been a fan of baba ghanoush. But I tried this one and now I am a fan. The baba ghanoush and the Greek yogurt and the hummus and the garlic spread. We're all so beautiful. And the pickled vegetables were amazing. I've never had a carrot pickled like that. It was so juicy and tasty. Next came our entrée of beef kebabs, and chicken. The presentation was beautiful. The kebabs were in a pineapple. The chicken was tender and juicy and succulent. The beef kebabs were tender and juicy. Then dessert came out. A beautiful banana dessert. And they even sing happy birthday to my boyfriend. The atmosphere and ambience are wonderful. They have dancers come out about every 30 minutes. It was amazing. I will be back.

This review is for Las Vegas Restaurant Week…read more This restaurant week set meal was truly amazing. It's been a long time since I've been wowed by a restaurant. I highly recommend everyone try their lunch. The price is incredibly reasonable, and the food quality is top-notch! For an appetizer, a whole fish entree, and a dessert, the Restaurant Week special is only 40 bucks! Even if you can't make it out to taste the food during Restaurant Week, their usual lunch prix fixe (with the same dishes) is only 45 bucks. Compared to the Mayfair Supper Club I just went to, this place handles their fish remarkably well. It perfectly retained the tenderness and juiciness of the fish, and the skin and edges had a bit of charred, fire-roasted aroma. It left me thinking with great satisfaction: this is exactly how fish should be prepared--simple! The octopus appetizer was also incredibly tender with absolutely no fishy taste. The kitchen's grilling technique and heat control are just exceptionally well-handled. I also quite liked their dessert, Greek yogurt and candied orange peel. I think using orange peel has an advantage: even though it's been candied, it still retains the natural bitterness of the peel, so it's not overly sweet. Speaking of olive oil, the olive oil at this place deserves a shout-out too. It has a very strong grassy aroma and a distinct, pleasant bitterness with a sweet aftertaste. We also added an order of their signature appetizer, which is thinly sliced zucchini and eggplant fried and stacked into a tower. It was seriously so crispy and delicious!!! And very eye-catching! This dish is great for sharing, though it did get a little greasy toward the end, since it is fried after all. This single appetizer costs a whopping 41 bucks! It's even more expensive than the Restaurant Week set menu! But it's super eye-catching and tastes great! Oh well, let them have my money.

Great Greek Hamburger, But Spanakopita? Opa, No!…read more Review: So The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill popped up practically in my backyard--right there next to Whole Foods on Sahara and Town Center. How could I not try it? Now, I'll be honest: my favorite Greek spot is Meráki, and when we go there, we're known for ordering--wait for it--a hamburger. Yes, a Greek hamburger! Meráki's is amazing, and turns out, The Great Greek's burger is also a flavor bomb. Whatever Greek seasoning magic they sprinkle on that meat patty gives it a char-grilled punch that hits the spot. We rounded out our takeout with a Greek salad--nothing groundbreaking, but fresh, crisp, and just what you'd expect. The Greek rice? Meh, a bit underwhelming--fine, but won't be stealing the show at any Greek wedding. Now, the spanakopita... oof. Imagine one giant puff pastry with not much spinach or feta flavor--it was a one-and-done situation. Service-wise, it's a fast-casual setup: order at the counter, grab a seat if you like, but it's not aiming for ambiance. Think more quick bite than Mediterranean getaway. Overall, would I return? Probably not when Meráki is just 10 minutes down the road. But if I'm craving that Greek burger and I'm in a pinch, well... I know where to go!
