I absolutely enjoyed this place. Service was great, and food was even better! I cannot recall every dish.. but we had the fish, lamb, filet, and wagyu.. all of them were good.. not a single person has a complaint. My filet sauce was soooooo delicious! Only thing I wish is it would come with a side dish, but some of the other entrees did.. so it was odd to me, nonetheless I loved this place! I will definitely be back! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our ladies night!

Met up with our good friends who live in Henderson. Located in the Green Valley Ranch Casino, this restaurant's decor was really nice. Our friend found out about this place through TikTok. It was a mellow Monday night with 4-6 other groups while we were there. Our food was delicious from appetizers to our main course. Service was great.

Enjoyed the food but overall it was a bit pricey. I don't mind paying a premium for unique menu items, larger portions, great quality, or a special experience, but for what you receive, I don't think it warrants the pricing here. We ordered the grilled dorade (3 out of 5), the hummus (4 out of 5), shrimp (2.5 out of 5 based on price/portion), and octopus (3.5 out of 5). I really liked the cheesecake, made with Greek yogurt. The interior of the restaurant is dark, moody and has a cool vibe. Service was also good.

We came in on a Monday evening and sat at their bar seating so I could dine and watch Monday night football. Service was wonderful, I had questions regarding the menu and the bartender really helped guide me on some decisions since I rarely dine out at Greek restaurants. To start we had the chickpea hummus which is served with warm homemade pita bread, as well as their tuna tartare and wood fired oysters all were excellent, I especially enjoyed the tuna tartare, I'll definitely be ordering that again. For our mains we ordered the rotisserie chicken and their 8oz filet, both were tender, juicy and flavorful. Ortikia is a pleasant addition to Green Valley Casino.

Dined here on a Saturday for a friend's birthday. I had no expectations but, it was amazing My friend picked this restaurant because she loves the appetizers, I'd never heard of it and typically don't enjoy this cuisine, possibly because I've never had it prepared correctly. We ordered a lot and ate every morsel. This restaurant is large, airy and dimly lit. An excellent place for any group size or occasion. Intimate yet jubilant atmosphere. The service was superb. We started with the three hummus and pita appetizer along with spanakopita. Spanakopita was different than what I'm accustomed to, light and flaky, feta was hardly distinguishable. Pita were freshly baked and served warm, I don't recall which 3 we ordered but they were all phenomenal. We'll return just for these. The salad, steak, and smashed potatoes were out of this world. Expertly seasoned and plated. The olive oil cake was perfection... moist, rich, not too sweet. Espresso martinis were the least interesting part of our meal, we had much better martinis at Drop Bar afterwards. Even if Mediterranean isn't your favorite, this place will impress the pickiest eater. We had a delightful experience, I highly recommend!

I've been wanting to visit this place for some time and finally got a chance to! It was random mid week date night with the hubs. We were very early, almost right when they opened for dinner service. We were seated right away and there was no wait time. The server greeted us and explained the menu to us. We went in well aware that this restaurant is inside a Hotel/ Casino and that the prices are going to be a bit above the other local restaurants but with that we will get exceptional service. A bit disappointing on the service side, we kind of felt rushed to order and maybe this is our mistake but when we asked for the food to come out as it's ready, we were not expecting ALL the items we ordered to come out within minutes WOW haha. I accept that that's our mistake and next time we do decide to visit we will ask for some time... Everything was good, but nothing to write home about. I would not recommend the shrimp a la grecque, it was.... not good and my husband had a couple pieces that were kind of foul. I always try a place twice before I write a thorough review so... I'm sure I'll be back soon but the first visit wasn't very memorable.

Came here with a group of friends for a birthday and it was the perfect vibe to celebrate the occasion. The service was great and very attentive. All of our appetizers came out quickly and they tasted fresh and delicious. But then the entrees took a long time to arrive and they were all a bit cold as if they had sat out for a while. This definitely seemed to affect the flavor of all the dishes. Meze Platter (5/5): we chose the Htipiti, Fire Roasted Eggplant, and Chickpea Hummus which all tasted great Yellowtail Crudo (5/5): perfectly balanced, fresh, and light Octopus (3/5): The flavor was fine but the texture of the octopus was not my favorite Salt Baked Whole Fish (4/5): this was our first time trying a fish salt baked and it was delicious. The process of salt baking made the fish super tender and moist without the possibility of being dry. Loved the flavor. If it had come out hot it would have been a 5/5 Lamb Chops (3/5): this was a very large serving which was really nice. The flavor seemed okay but it was hard to tell because the meat tasted as if it had been sitting in the window waiting to be served for a while. Skirt Steak (3/5): again, this tasted okay but because the meat was cold it was hard to enjoy the overall dish Fire Roasted Beets (4/5): delicious beets but nothing super inventive about this dish Wild Mushroom Moussaka (3/5): this dish tasted a little bland and was harder to enjoy with it coming out room temperature. Overall, it felt like my experience could have just as easily been a 5 star. It's possible I was there on an off night. I think if they kept everything the same and just focused on making sure dishes came out warm then people would have a great experience.

Made reservation through Open table for hubby's birthday. Ortikia didn't disappoint!!! Very good fresh food! Our servers were excellent! Lisa was so sweet, and her co-capital was just as sweet!! Vibe is easy going. Everything comes fast, and wine was delicious!

Fantastic food and hospitable service. This review is based on a one-time visit on 9/13/24 with a few friends, including one who has various food allergies and sensitivities. - Food: Delightful - I loved literally everything we ordered. - Lamb Keftedes: 4 flavorful meatballs slathered in tomato sauce and cheese. - Mezze: We got a selection of 3 - fire-roasted eggplant (superb, the overall favorite of the table), taramasalata (fish roe spread - creamy and drizzled with olive oil - with a slightly fishy flavor which I personally loved), and htipiti (spicy whipped cheese spread). These came with pillowy-doughy pita. YUM! - Lamb Chops: Tender and delicious. 8 tasty "lollipop" per order. Perfect for sharing. - Pork Shank: Falling-off the bone with orzo and a rich demi-glace-like sauce. This was probably my overall favorite. - Galaktoboureko: Hard to pronounce, easy to devour. This was like a bread pudding, covered in delicate phyllo, and flavored with orange and honey. This was creamy, gooey, crispy, and sticky. - Service: Impeccable! We had two waitresses; both were amazing but one in particular was just stellar. She was so hospitable and accommodating of our requests of keeping certain components separated in consideration of my friend's allergies. 10/10 recommend. I seriously can't wait for my next visit!

Finally! I don't have to drive to the other side of town nor the Strip to enjoy an lovely Mediterranean meal! The atmosphere is upscale without being stuffy nor pretentious. You don't have to be fancy but don't be sloppy about your dress either. This is a Nice place! Definitely a 'dining experience'.... sit back and enjoy every moment. The staff is friendly and engaging. Ask them questions, they are ready to help. To start... we ordered the Octopus and the trio of dips. The octopus is flavorful and the texture is not mushy like some places. The dips... I mean... you can't go wrong with warm pita and dips. My favorite was the humus. I know that sounds pedestrian because ... what's so great about humus... it's just so basic. Their humus is not. It's silky and has amazing flavor... I wanted to lick the bowl. And the pita.... Warm Pita is comfort food... just keep it coming. The fish is Excellent. We tried the branzino (salt baked) and the dorade grilled with lemon... both were YUM. Tender and melt in your mouth. The carrots were plentiful... easily shared with 4 people... great texture... still had some crunch to it ... cooked with a nice char. Will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu!

This was my first time dining at this restaurant since it's opening just a few days ago inside the Green Valley Ranch Casino. I ordered the Octopus, Ortika Salad, rotisserie chicken and the roasted beets. The Octopus was probably the largest and best tasting I've had thus far. It was cooked perfectly and nearly took up the entire plate but it was a bit too salty. The salad was fresh and came with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and a whole piece of feta cheese, which, was a welcomed surprise. Although, the salad was good, the number of tomatoes was a bit overwhelming and I would've preferred a better ratio of cucumbers. The red beets were extremely delicious, however, the others lacked seasoning and flavor. The star of the meal by far was the rotisserie chicken. The chicken was juicy tasted great and the portion size was more than adequate. Oftentimes, when dining out, I find the breast to be a bit dry but on this occasion, it was not. Kudos, to my server, Athena. She did a great job. She was friendly, very personable and attentive to my needs throughout my entire meal. Setting the food and service aside, the other aspect to one's overall dining experience is the look of the restaurant and I would be remiss If I didn't comment on the restaurant's decor. It's showcased as a Mediterranean grill establishment but its decor and lighting fixtures screams everything but Mediterranean. It's rustic wood like cubbyhole wall units coupled with rainforest type light fixtures and wall art is very confusing. Typically, the type of food, decor and the visual experience should mirror and/or closely resemble the restaurant's theme. They definitely missed the mark here. In reviewing another Yelp review it appears my sentiment with respect to the decor had already been mentioned by someone else who shared my views. Out of the (7) Yelp reviews thus far (4), are less than (5) stars but the only comment from management is on the (5) star review. Accepting the bad with the good is part of doing business and I would hope those less than (5) star reviews would be acknowledged and commented on by management. I was really hoping to give this restaurant (5) stars since, it's close to my residence but unfortunately it fell well short of my expectations. The food was good but not great. My hope is as the restaurant moves forward and matures some consideration is given to improving its decor and creating a more inviting atmosphere for diners.

I arrived at 4:30 to make a reservation for 6 PM. The restaurant opens at 5 PM. At 6 PM. I was greeted by the host with a big smile and taken to my table where I met my waiter. His name was David. His assistant was Helena. The ambience of this restaurant was very upscale, relaxing lowlight, and you can view the kitchen as your meal is being prepared! I had Octopus $24.00 Smoked Tomato, Shaved Onion & Herb Salad. Delicious Fire Roasted Eggplant. AMAZING $18.00 Roast Garlic, Tahini & Lemon Fire Roasted Beets $18.00 Lemon Oil & Fennel Pollen Dorade $44.00 Boneless Filets, Capers, Lemon & Olive Oil Galaktoboureko $14.00 Semolina Custard, Orange Zest & Filo I was treated like a celebrity. Employees visited my table to check on me! I have no idea what their roles are but, I intend to return and try the rest of the menu. This was truly a wonderful experience.!

Ortikia has been one of my favorite local off the strip restaurants since they opened, and yesterday marked my sixth visit (this time with my family visiting from out of the country). While this visit was a bit more chaotic than usual--the restaurant was packed, the kitchen was running behind, and things didn't seem to go as planned--I was reminded why I keep coming back. Sometimes it's not about what goes wrong but how a team handles it, and Thomas the manager, truly stepped up. He was incredibly well-spoken, kind, empathetic, and understanding--everything you'd hope for in a great leader. His professionalism turned what could have been a frustrating dining experience into a positive one. The food, even though delayed, was still as delicious as ever. We let the team know that things happen, and their effort didn't go unnoticed. I'll absolutely be back because Ortikia consistently delivers amazing food and memorable experiences. I just wanted to give Thomas and the team the recognition they deserve for handling a tough night with such grace. 5/5

We ordered cocktails from a very limited menu. Our waiter wasn't sure how to make the lemon drop martini on the menu but said he'd try to follow the recipe. We asked for Grey Goose but watched him pour shelf vodka. Drinks were served after the appetizers arrived even though they were ordered first. We started with oysters. Waiter said they only had two kinds tonight so we ordered 6 of each. He set them down and left to get tobasco we requested. When he returned we asked which were which he said "we only had one kind so they're all the same." I feel he should have told us before serving them since they were $4 each! I ordered coippino which at $46 was expensive but I wanted a treat. Hubby ordered large clam chowder in bread bowl and Caesar salad. Cioppino lists first ingredient as crab. What I was served had no crab, 2 overcooked shrimp and rubbery calamari. The sauce was flavorful but so disappointing otherwise. I asked about the crab and was told "no crab" and I was offered additional scallops as compensation. He brought three small scallops on a plate. Hubby was served two small bread bowls of chowder with the explanation of "we are out of large bowls". Again, it should have been discussed prior to serving that there was a substitution. Who wants two big loaves of bread bowl??? The salad adequate-- a big bowl of romaine with croutons with a side of dressing. All in all not worth the over $150 it cost. Not in the least! And they charge an extra 3% if you use a credit card. We will not be back.

The special comes with two choices of meat, a side, and a drink. I ordered double shrimp and swapped the potatoes for extra corn. One thing I really appreciated was how flexible they were with substitutions. Most places don't allow any changes on lunch specials, so it was nice that they weren't overly strict about it. The shrimp tasted fresh, and I love that they're cleaned properly. I stopped going to Hot N Juicy because the shrimp often came out mushy, and they didn't remove the digestive tract. The quality here was noticeably better. As for the food itself, it's a solid 5 out of 5, especially for the price. However, I'm giving the overall experience 3 stars because the service could be a little better. I also prefer sitting in a booth whenever possible, so I naturally asked for one. Unfortunately, the booths are in need of some restoration or replacement. The seat cushions felt completely worn out as if the padding disappeared but the leather remained. The backrest was unstable, and I honestly felt like it might break if I leaned back too hard. There was a noticeable gap in the seat that I tried to push closed, but it didn't help. I took a photo to better show what I mean. If you're a booth person like I am, you may want to choose a regular table and chairs instead. Overall, great food, generous lunch special pricing, and fresh, well-cleaned shrimp. If they improve the service and update the booths, this place could easily earn a higher rating from me.
