The gyro wrap was also very good. Tzatziki both under and on top so no bite was devoid of sauce. Very messy. :) The greek potatoes were perfectly cooked and had just the right balance of spice and lemon, and the pilaf was very good, although I couldn't finish all of it because I was too busy devouring everything else. They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places). On multiple occasions, I have witnessed him speaking to employees in a demeaning and unprofessional manner. As a customer, it is uncomfortable to observe this type of interaction, especially when it occurs in front of guests. Strong leadership should foster a positive and respectful work environment. It is disappointing to see behavior that appears to undermine employees rather than support them. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as the rest of the team works hard and deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect.
