You should be able to verify this in your records. The first occurrence was a couple of weeks ago when the order was picked up by a delivery driver. I (along with my colleagues) have ordered lunch from this location many times. At first, the order was always correct and delivered in a timely manner. Over the last few months, it has gotten much worse. Every time we order lately, it is incorrect and with the delivery, tax and tip it is outrageous. The delivery fee used to be about $4. In the fall it went up to $7.49. Today it was $14.89! The app told me the delivery would be $7.49 however when I paid I was charged $14.89 for delivery! I ordered at 10:22 am and it didn't arrive until 11:15 am. When the order arrived it had NO crackers even though I asked for extra crackers in the notes section of the order. Chicken Salad Chick was our "go to" ordering option but it will no longer be a place we order from! It makes me sad because we love it. Please consider working on your delivery orders! read more

It's pretty difficult to find good chicken salad without making it yourself. The classic and kick'in versions were DELICIOUS and I thoroughly enjoyed it on my salad. Pleased that the recipe is done so well, I didn't find the need for extra seasoning, etc. I wish you could split scoops into more than one flavor but it's not an option, and more than one scoop is too much for it to still be a healthy choice (IMO). A little pricey, but whenever you're trying to be healthy AND eat out, that's expected. I was super excited about my coozie (yay for instant reward points) and have recommending to some friends lately. What wonderful renditions, on an old classic.....chicken salad. It seems like every time I want to go here, it's on a Sunday after church. Unfortunately, that's when they are closed. I had excited myself, because I thought about this place, while hungrily driving.....and it wasn't a Sunday! The staff here, is sooooo doggone kind. I stood in the front of the cashier, with a deer in the headlights look, trying to decide what I wanted, and how I wanted it. They have a different assortments, on how you can get your chicken salad prepared. You can choose sweet, spicy, original and savory. They have different names for their own spin, on their chicken salad. I did not know which one I wanted. I was unsure. I was feeling kinda spicy, so I asked the cashier if the jalapeño one was super spicy. She asked if I wanted a sample. Ummm, yes ma'am! I tried it, and decided to go with something savory. It was delicious, but that jalapeño almost cost me my life. It wasn't terribly spicy, but spicy enough that I didn't want a whole sandwich with it. So, I went for the one with bacon, ranch and cheese. I think it was called "the scotty?" I got it on a croissant, with extra bacon, no lettuce and no tomato. Yummy to my ever loving tummy! My wife & I are standing at the order counter, this one girl is on the phone, let's say she was taking a phone order, no acknowledgement, no, "we'll be w/ you in a moment", two other cashiers behind the counter just standing there. Possibly inexperienced counter help. Counter team was "mousy"...silent..no greeting..just stood there while customers looked at each other. Again, just inexperienced or not trained. Noticed a "no 100.00 bill" sign. What? Majority of tables were also dirty so we had to clean off our own table. Visit was post lunch on a Friday with at least 4 people behind counter. If there were a zero I would use it. First, my wife used the Chicken Salad Chick app to order her food. She had a coupon on the app. Upon arrival and 15 miles later, she is told they are out of the product ordered. Infuriating! What good is an app if there is no current information or updates? After hearing about how great this place was, I decided to try it. Boy was I disappointed!! To go is only sold in small containers, with a label that reads "feed 3-4 people" for 12 plus dollars. This wouldn't feed me much less than 3-4 folks and it was virtually flavorless. I've been going to the Loganville location for 10 years. The experience I had with the new night manager was the awful. She had that attitude and persona. I made a comment to a associate about and she walked up to me aggressively. I listen to her repeatedly say the same thing 2-3x's. I told how I felt and tried to apologize if she feels offended. However, she continues to go on and on. Then she lied to her co-worker saying that I threatened her to one of the associates. I tried with all my might to ignore her. She was making a scene, I was trying to get out because it was after 11P. I wish they look at the cameras to see her persona. I have tried this restaurant three times with disappointing results. Today I ordered taco soup but was told that it was not available. The signage at the entrance clearly says that it is offered every day along with two other choices. My meal was ordered including potato soup but when the order was brought out, no potato soup. So I went back to the counter to get the missing soup. I thought that this would be quickly done but no .... Didn't get the missing soup until the rest of my meal was finished. And then I had to go back to the counter a second time to get a spoon for the soup which was already cold. The pimento cheese and chicken salad are without much taste or flavor. I have been buying a gallon of sweet tea every other day for weeks for my wife since she got out of the hospital. Recently I purchased a gallon and was charged $4.00 more than all the previous purchases. When I questioned the store manager she said that $9.99 was the correct price for a gallon of tea. I asked why I have been paying $5.99 every other time my daughter or I purchased a gallon. The $9.99 price is apparently the cost of a gallon of tea for catering. I asked if the manager was catering this purchase at our home? I politely asked for a refund of the $4.00 overcharge. The manager told me that I already paid for the gallon and the transaction went through and Chicken Salad Chick was unable to refund $4.00 I am completely satisfied with all the other personnel at this location. They are all very friendly and courteous. Great employees. However, I really question their manager. I think she needs more training in the art of customer service. I will continue to purchase our tea and salads at this location, mainly because of their good tea and the reception I get from the other employees. read more
