When out of state we enjoy trying different foods and decided to stop by here for brunch. Our server is very friendly during our visit. I tried the cheese bread and man Oman it's good I ordered the Pork sandwich with Mac n Cheese on the sides. The sandwich is so freaking delicious and filling. Right from the start, our server had to let us know that several menu staples were unavailable -- smoked chicken wings, spare ribs, and later even some of the sides. I completely understand that restaurants run into supply issues from time to time, but these weren't minor items. These were core dishes people come specifically to enjoy. To be clear: our server handled the situation professionally, and none of this was their fault. But when a restaurant is out of multiple main items and sides, it affects the customer experience and, unfortunately, the server's gratuity through no wrongdoing of their own. Once our revised meals arrived, the food was tasty. But the constant "we're out of that too" put a damper on what should've been an enjoyable meal. For that reason, I can only give this visit 2 stars. Table for 2 for Lunch  As we approached the restaurant I noticed the spacious parking lot.   Additionally, there was a shared outdoor parking lot designated for the nearby stores.  We entered the restaurant and noticed the spacious indoor dining room.  Since we preferred outdoor seating, we were directed to the back where multiple tables were available, complete with overhead fans to keep us cool. Our server promptly arrived, took our drink orders, and even brought us complimentary corn muffins. The drinks were served without delay. Wifey ordered a half rack of baby back ribs alongside coleslaw and baked beans. Meanwhile, I selected Carolina pulled pork with collard greens and mac & cheese. Drive through is a joke. Before I could even pull up good and put in my order they were telling me they were out of ribs. I ordered the lean brisket which is an up charge, tell me why it was thrown on a piece of soggy bread and it was not even hot. It was not fresh. It was limp and looked like leftovers honestly. The baked beans had more meat in them than beans, but still had a good flavor, the potato salad was pretty good. My friend ordered the brisket plate with Mac n cheese and loaded baked potato. The Mac n cheese was very good, it was cheesy and creamy. We both got peach tea and they put real peaches in the tea, which was a nice touch. We also got banana pudding, it was okay.
