The front office staff at STB&J were unhelpful and made it unnecessarily difficult to secure timely follow-up care. For a situation involving a hand injury that had already required ER attention, that lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Because of this, my overall rating for the practice drops to two stars. Strong physicians are only part of the equation--access to care when it matters is just as critical, and in this case, the practice fell short.

I saw Wade and his team back in 2014 after seeing Humpal for a few months and not seeing any…read moreimprovement to my left arm. I was lacking vitamin D, which I had no idea. I ran about 30meters and fell on it trying to catch myself. I shattered my arm just above the elbow. A plate and 12 pins were put in. I had nerve damage but thank god the doctor was able to save my arm. Any how back to seeing Humpals assistants I didn't feel like I was improving so I switched after I notice they kept extending my visits, but wasn't seeing improvement. The whole process took 8 months but after 3 months with Klare and after 3 visits I was able to lift my arm on my own. But then it got weak. Went back and with his exercises and help I kept getting stronger. I was excited. I had not been able to do that at Humpal. I don't really remember how I came across Klare PT but it was the best thing ever!! Awesome staff!! I left there the 1st day having hope and knowing I would eventually be able to use my arm. He was on one one and by far the best ever!! Definitely recommend them! Just posting because my nephew had spine surgery and unable to move his lower half! I am referring him to Klare because I know he will be able to help him! Thank you for being so patient kind and not about taking insurance money. The office made the best decisions for me and do actually care about each patient individually! Here it has been 6 years and I'm stronger than ever at 43.. Love you guys! Stephanie Ramirez
