Mr. Hundley represented me in 2020 to 2021. I requested for him to file an objection to a ruling in a previous hearing. He failed to file the objection on time. He then blamed me after he failed to file the objection by the due date. During that time period and until the next hearing he offered to pay off my ex-wife (it's documented in emails). When we went to court Judge Derek Pullan corrected Mr. Hundley and communicated to him that he did not file the objection on time and for that reason my objection was not heard. In a following filing he requested contempt on an issue that was already resolved. He also requested "not contempt" on issues that I was requesting contempt for. When we arrived to the hearing he made up a reason to delay that hearing. Then right after we hung up the phone with the court he then told me that it was time to find a new attorney. This is all documented. Mr. Hundley is yet to make right the wrongs he committed against me. It's really disappointing how incompetent he was at times. read more

This year (2021), I used Cathryne Harrison to create my estate documents: will, trust, POA, Medical Directive, etc., and am very, very happy with her knowledge, her service, and thoroughness in creating them. She was also very timely in getting them completed before my suddenly scheduled major surgery. Her office assistant was on board during my signing appointment to make any last minute changes and I walked out with a complete notebook of signed documents, unlike other attorneys who mail it to you after the fact. He was very informative in differentiating between malpractice and what he termed "upselling" - evidently a very common practice here in Utah - selling you the most expensive options without offering the lesser ones at all or only later.
