The wine list offers unique yet affordable options and is curated well. Numerous craft beers are available on draught as well. We started with their signature appetizer -- the roasted garlic platter. Outstanding! Two whole garlic cloves, slow roasted for hours and accompanied by roasted red peppers and Boursin cheese, served with crostinis. We then built our own Chicago-style pizza. The key to any pizza is the crust, and the crust is even more important with Chicago-style pizzas. They have it nailed at Roma's. It was the first time I can remember that I actually ate the crust-ends on a Chicago-style pizza! Ask for a side of their meat sauce for dipping -- decades old recipe that is truly delicious. The mozzarella in the pizza was also quite memorable -- It's stretchiness was an 11 on a scale of 1-10! The facility feels cozy but actually has a large capacity, including a large banquet room. A recently improved and expanded patio offers a tremendous al fresco dining experience in the summer - including live music. The new bar top and tables are reclaimed Shiawassee County barn wood and are gorgeous. Definitely a great night out!

The restaurant itself is nice on the inside, the business having just moved to a new location on the block across from the old one, and it even has a quaint little dine-in area. Unfortunately, the customer service is not good and I don't like calling. They are curt and rude on the phone. Every time I call to order they make me feel bad for doing so, and when I pick it up they hardly speak a word and make no eye contact. Eating the pizza is a pleasant experience. Dealing with the staff is not.

It's because once the pie arrives at my home, if I deem its not cooked enough, I can slide it into my own oven and finish cooking it. However, if it's cut, i cant put it into my oven without the cheese sliding down where it has been cut and making a mess. I've tried cooking more without a pan and with a pan (after it has been cut) and either way, cheese ends up burning and getting stuck to the floor of the oven or on my pizza pan. And the last time I placed an order, I attempted to pay with a Visa Gift Card (I didnt have enough cash on me and I have used these same cards in the past, without a problem. Well, somehow there was an issue with this card and they didnt phone me, but the delivery guy showed up anyhow. I told him I dont have the cash and we ended up calling the manager, who accused me of stealing the pie from them, because I didnt have enough cash, I wouldn't pay with my credit card and the visa gift card (supposedly) wasn't working. They left the pizza with me when the delivery driver left. I assured the manager that I would go to the bank the next day and I would be "in" to pay for the pie the next afternoon. That's exactly what happened and I havent ordered another since. I got no apology, despite my gifting Visa Gift Cards to several workers there, who helped me get unstuck from their back parking lot in the dead of winter and that was only maybe 6 weeks before being called a "thief" by this manager.

Always down for a sports bar, even though I'm not a sports guy. Well, I mean, if eating was a sport I would be an Olympic gold medalist. But since it's the off season, I'm eating for pleasure, not business. Pulling up, you can absolutely tell it's a sports bar. A lot of that has to do because it says so on the sign. But even if that wasn't there, you would guess it's genre of restaurant. The inner part of the building, where the cooking and eating take place, also speaks loudly of this restaurants affiliation with sports. One thing that was nice with this place was that the seating is spread out enough to where you don't feel packed in. There's plenty of room for movement without having to stand on a table to let people walk by. As is the custom, I ordered boneless wings as an app. Buffalo flavor. The sauce. not the animal. Came with complimentary ranch I will use and complementary celery I will ignore. The wings were good. Had great flavor and the breading wasn't too thick. I like the taste of chicken in my boneless chicken pieces. Also, as is the custom, I ordered a second app. The pizza puffs. Now, from where I come from, we have several sports bar restaurants that specialize in Pizza Puff Apps™. Therefore, those restaurants are the bar to which these will be measured. That being said, I do feel the outside of these were a little too hard. Almost had a crust. Not ideal. The PPA (Pizza Puff Apps™) I'm used to are like fluffy clouds of dreams. Like puffs are meant to be. Theses missed that mark. The marinara sauce was good and the orange cheese was great. Though they do upcharge for the OC (Orange Cheese). My Main Character Meal™ was the classic fish-n-chips. Cod: 2 pieces. Fries: Crinke. Firstly, the fries. Crinkle cut fries are God tier and I saw Jesus with these. Secondly, the fish was great. Great batter, great flakeyness. The missed the mark with the tartar sauce though. It had a sweet taste, which didn't couple well with the fish taste. Tartar sauce needs to have more of the first part of their name in it. Oh. The southwest ranch for obligatory fry dipping was fantastic. Pizza Puff Apps™: 7/10 Fish part of the fish-n-chips: 10/10 Tartness of tarter sauce: 4/10 Sports bar-ness: 11/10

The alley is relatively small, having only 10 lanes, but we've never had a problem taking the whole family here (but I would recommend calling ahead of time.) The atmosphere is lively and inviting, making it an ideal spot. I've been here on multiple occasions, so I've had the opportunity to try a few things on their menu. One of my favorites on the menu is their pizza, specifically the barbecue chicken pizza. My most recent go-to on the menu is the buffalo chicken wrap, served with a side of chips, and you MUST get the house-made chip dip. I didn't know chip dip could be so good, honestly. They also serve the chips and dip as an appetizer, so you could have that without eating a whole meal. Pintown Pizza is wonderful. I first and foremost love going there for the bowling, but the menu is an added bonus!

Also, there is a game room and pool tables in the back of the place...for larger groups or parties. The interior is really nicely done! Clean and new and doesn't stink like an old bowling alley people smoked in for 50 years before the no smoking rules. The only food I've had so far is pizza, and it's really good! The staff is really friendly and we will definitely be back, great place for kids, too.

The fires are overcooked and both times my burger was not cooked all the way, the center was raw. When we were there the other day we asked if the music could be turned down, we could not hear each other at the table. The waitress said she did not know how. We thanked her for trying. A friend's fries and chicken were overcooked. Another ordered a pizza, and it was burnt on the bottom. We had trouble even trying to eat, bugs were flying around and kept trying to fly in our mouths and faces. These bugs were from the door being open. For the uncooked burger and fries, it came in a little over 15 dollars as did the chicken. The couple who got the pizza, plus a potato and calzone paid nearly 55 dollars. We asked for refills on our drinks (Soda) and she filled it with my old melted ice in it, and then they turned the music up even louder. So we paid and left and as we were walking out, they were making fun of us. When we got into the parking lot we all said we were not coming back and we were going to let everyone know how bad it was in there. When it was mentioned that we were going to call the owners they laughed and said they would not do anything! We can do whatever we want!
