She said they had no original and it would be a 25-minute wait. Then she walked away. I stood there for another 3 mins before she came back and ask me for my order. I said I will the 10pc extra crispy. She said that special is only on Tuesdays. I said to her that her specials board it said every day special. She said she had been working there 3yrs and didn't know that. So she came out and looked at the sign. She came back and tried to ring me up but she needed managers approval. So we had to wait another few mins for the manager to come up. I handed her a twenty, then she puts my change on the counter instead of handing it back to me. ( small detail, but disrespectful ) When I got home I noticed she put two old, dry, burnt pieces under the rest of the chicken. I haven't been at this location in about 7yrs. It used to be really dirty. It was much cleaner today. That was the only positive thing I could say about today's visit.

They are courteous, but almost on a dismissive way, unless you're a friend or family member then there's a whole conversation to be had.
