We both ordered a beer and My Wife got a personal pan pizza. It was eight dollars with two dollars per topping. I ordered the Michigan chicken, cherry salad. We had got there around five and the place was steadily filling up as we sat. Mary, our waitress was very knowledgeable and kind. We felt fairly good about what we had ordered. But let me tell you once we got it, it blew our minds. My wife's pizza was outstanding. She said maybe the best she's ever had. I rolled my eyes and then she offered me a bite. And it was. Truly. A lot of times when you order pizza it's falling off of the crust. It's uneven. This was perfection. She couldn't believe it. Frankly neither could I. The crust was soft and you couldn't tell it from the toppings. No separation nothing falling off and cooked so well. My chicken cherry salad is a favorite in Michigan and they did it right. Each portion was great and more than enough for the both of us. We talked about it the rest of the night. If you have the chance, make sure you visit. It's one of a kind and one of the best experiences we have had for old favorites made new.
