They have the best pizza in town, without a doubt! The dough is almost always perfect and they really pile on the toppings. The restaurant itself is nice on the inside, the business having just moved to a new location on the block across from the old one, and it even has a quaint little dine-in area. Unfortunately, the customer service is not good and I don't like calling. They are curt and rude on the phone. Every time I call to order they make me feel bad for doing so, and when I pick it up they hardly speak a word and make no eye contact. Eating the pizza is a pleasant experience. Food is usually bangin', when they remember that I want mine cooked a little extra and DO NOT CUT THE PIE! There's a reason I request they not cut it. It's because once the pie arrives at my home, if I deem its not cooked enough, I can slide it into my own oven and finish cooking it. However, if it's cut, i cant put it into my oven without the cheese sliding down where it has been cut and making a mess. I've tried cooking more without a pan and with a pan (after it has been cut) and either way, cheese ends up burning and getting stuck to the floor of the oven or on my pizza pan. And the last time I placed an order, I attempted to pay with a Visa Gift Card (I didnt have enough cash on me and I have used these same cards in the past, without a problem. Well, somehow there was an issue with this card and they didnt phone me, but the delivery guy showed up anyhow. I told him I dont have the cash and we ended up calling the manager, who accused me of stealing the pie from them, because I didnt have enough cash, I wouldn't pay with my credit card and the visa gift card (supposedly) wasn't working. They left the pizza with me when the delivery driver left. I assured the manager that I would go to the bank the next day and I would be "in" to pay for the pie the next afternoon. That's exactly what happened and I havent ordered another since. I got no apology, despite my gifting Visa Gift Cards to several workers there, who helped me get unstuck from their back parking lot in the dead of winter and that was only maybe 6 weeks before being called a "thief" by this manager. read more

Food is always good! But...... the service is poor. I called for 20 mins trying to get through it always does a busy tone. This happens almost every time I call! Then today, I called at 5pm. It's currently 7pm and it's not here. I called 30 mins ago to find out where it is and I was told they would be here in just a moment that the driver is on his way. I live 2 blocks away. Good pizza and lately they have it ready on time all the time. In the past a lot of times you could order at 2:00 for a 6:30 pick up and they would start making it 15 minutes after you show up to pick it up. And forget online ordering. Pretty much bring a book you are going to wait. Seems they have fixed that wait problem as well as online ordering. Online is ready in the window picked Over all it's a nice little pizza shop, clear view of the prep area and ovens, they have nothing to hide. I really wish I could give more than 3 stars. I do remember having a good experience with the pizza quality last year, but can't say quite the same today. Ordering takeout, I called and was immediately asked to be put on hold. Assuming they were swamped, I didn't mind and waited. After the phone attendant returned I lost service and got cutoff. After waiting about 10 minutes to regain better reception - I was driving - I called back hoping to get my order in. Once again, I was immediately asked to be put on hold. I then mentioned that I was calling back since I had previously been cutoff but the employee didn't seem to care. Despite the assumption of busyness in the store, I would've appreciated more than the very quick and immediate prompt to be put on hold. This is especially true when calling back a second time and being put on hold once again. Come to find out, they didn't seem too busy when I arrived. This is not quality customer service. Of course, I really just wanted an awesome pizza; the customer service was only worth one star drop. When I picked the pizza up - Main Street Special (supreme) - and arrived home, I dug right in. To give credit where credit is due, half the pizza was pretty good. However, the other half had limp and soggy crust on the bottom. I don't like soggy crust, nor do many others I would assume. Wrapping up, I'd say their customer service is very lacking on the phone. Treat customers with kindness and respect even if you're busy, or more so if you're not. A simple, "I'm sorry you had to wait.", would've sufficed for me when conversing through the phone. Half of my pizza was pretty good, the other half not so much. Consistently good pizza time after time. You will likely pay more than the box store but it is so worth it. Be sure to ask what their specials are to save some cash . The 2 star review is based off customer service. I put a online order in around 5:30 pm yesterday and picked the slotted time of 6:30 pm. This gave them ample time to make 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and a order of wings. I get there at 6:30 pm and stood at the counter for 10 min before anyone would acknowledge me. In the meantime of those 10 min, 2 seperate people walked in and the lady address them by there first name and took care of them instantly. Finally, the lady asked how she could help me. I told her i was there to pick my order up. She couldn't find the ticket and asked what I ordered. I told her, then she proceeds to tell me it will be done in few min.. 20 min goes by and I go back to counter, then I still had to wait another 10. First thing first- why have online ordering if you can't make the times. Second- they should treat all there customers like regulars and be friendly and not just cater to the regulars. When I did the online ordering, i even left them a good tip, it wasn't well deserved. The customer service has been going down hill in this estblishment for the last few Months. I love their pizza and have ordered for years. Last 4 months I've ordered twice - because the first time my order arrived after 1hour and 15 minutes. Guy said he ran it to Owosso first. I live 2 minutes away. The next and last time I ordered I called after 1hr and 15 minutes and they didn't know where my pizza was and it must be on the way. Most places when you order the special it's all sauce and almost no cheese or toppings, not here.
