I used them before on Thanksgiving and everything went smoothly. Pick up and drop off were timely. They were able to accommodate us on short notice on the holiday and even extend their hours for a slightly later pickup time for a very reasonable extra fee due to the holiday. She also accused my grandmothers aid of not having a working heart monitor (she's been a nurse for the past 30 years and takes my grandmas heart rate every single day), and of there being blood in my grandmas mouth (it was red Gatorade). She was jumping to crazy conclusions, and even was about to write that down in her notepad until we told her she was wrong. Not only was she nasty to us when we were in a horrible and devastating situation - but she was cracking jokes to her sidekick and hysterically laughing - right over my grandmas deceased body.
