The initial cost of cleaning was quoted at one price. After the exam, the hygienist then said that more work was necessary and now the cleaning was going to be over $800. I sought a second opinion at another office. The second dentist said that a regular deep cleaning was all that was necessary saving me considerable time, PAIN and money. I would not recommend this office as it is apparent that the need for increased revenue far exceeds their ethical obligation to do only what is necessary for the patient.

When you do need a procedure that requires some kind of anesthesia he offers a choice. Me--i don't like gas, so it's always the needle. Dr Thomas has a practically magic touch with local anesthetics. Technique is amazing, practically painless! He takes excellent care of my teeth. Crowns are no wait anymore...laser measured and produced..so no mouth full of scary gook. Highly recommend.

It also doesn't hurt that they laugh at my bad jokes and endure all my questions with grace and understanding. When I made the appt I didn't realize they were going to everything I needed in one visit. I blocked out 2 hours from my job. 4 hours later I had a miserable headache from the nitrous. My work phone was blowing up. I am also a type 1 diabetic and no one told me I would be there four hours so my blood sugar was extremely low. I find the office manager clueless on what needs to be communicated to the patients and the lack of communication on the plan of action and time it would take. I'm am going to seek another dentist
