It was served in fresh half pineapple.,Unfortunately I was not able to taste the coconut. i was expecting that it will be kinda sticky since the rice was cooked in coconut curry... but no, it seems like it was just soaked in water, it's lacking the taste of the coconut and taste of curry.,Also, for awhile i thought i was eating chicken instead of lobster.
