Today, I went into the salon with blue hair and asked for a dark brown that faded into a really light blonde. Robin bleached out the blue then proceeded to only put the dark brown on my roots; the rest was light blonde. She didn't even try to blend the colors together, there was a straight line of dark brown and then super light blond. So I went back and asked if she could bring the brown down more and feather in blond tips, but she ended up just globbing on brown dye in random places giving me this stripey raccoon look. There are spots of lighter hair in places and the tips are not blended at all. One side of my head is much lighter than the other. I'm so disappointed especially because I've had my hair done by robin before and she did an excellent job. Now I look like a hobo raccoon and I have no idea how I'm going to fix this.

Upon arrival Fritzi checked me in and proceeded to have a side bar conversation with another Barber, Frank- to which I could not hear the conversation but Frank than stood up and informed me that he would be doing my shave. No explanation as to why the change. Frank did an OK shave- nothing 'hot' applied to my face. He charged me only $25- again no explanation. Needless to say- not rushing back k to this unorganized place.

I was very specific about my cut: length, shape, layers, etc. I even showed her pictures of previous cuts. It was nothing drastic, but just needed to be trimmed & reshaped. Unfortunately, it was cut way shorter than specified because *gasp* curly hair kinks up! It's not even shoulder-length which looks choppy & flat now. I guess when you use half a ton of styling products, you can disguise the fact that too much was cut off. I can barely put my hair up or in a pony tail now. I'm just going to wait until this mess grows out, but I will never go back. $50 is ridiculous and way overpriced. The only positive aspect was the girl (long, dark curly hair) who shampooed my hair; she was very friendly and professional.

I didn't have enough color deposits as the dye was more liquid than it was creamy. so I basically looked half neon purple/magenta and half strawberry blonde. I basically looked crazy and I felt people thought I looked crazy. what I love about this salon is I can book online, pick out the days that the stylist is available and that also works for me. schedule what I would like to get done so they have a general idea. I chose Amanda because she was the only stylist working here that I could find on social media of the work she had done. I felt I trusted her and liked her work so I booked my appointed with her! what I love about my haircut was that Amanda listened to what I want. I've seen people say I only want to cut off "2 inches" and they come out almost bald. lol jk not really though sometimes I'll go with my mom to her salon in edison and I'll see girls say repeatedly "only this much" and say it ten times. I just had to let amanda know I didn't want to cut a lot of my hair off and it only took me saying it once and she cut off the ends and now my hair feels really straight and nice after shampoo and conditioner whereas before it would be matted. the customer service here was great for me. everyone was super friendly and I love their selection of magazines. they have a great magazine selection. overall my experience was very pleasant and I'm thinking of going back soon to get my hair cut

I wanted my hair moderate and just 1 inch off. She clearly said she understood. I also showed her a picture of the haircut. She proceeded to cut my hair very quickly from the back and snipped 3 inches from the back. You could not take anymore it was completely short. I could need see how much the back. She took all the color out of the hair. After the highlights we're done 4 weeks ago. I did not realize until I got home how much she took off. This haircut now will take me several months to even grown third back. I will not return here again for another haircut. As a stylist customers are paying for the their haircut and should receive what they choose for haircut, not the stylist. When you do not listen to customers, you star losing customers. Extremely disappointed!
