Heaps of lifeguards all the time. There a few shaded grass area's as well as lots of seats around the pools so you can pretty much always get a shady or sunny spot. Every hour for about 10 minutes they call Adult swim, which is good and bad depending. When you have a 5 month old baby in the baby pool, and suddenly 20 kids get in, that have no boundaries and regard for you and the baby, then it's not the best. But the large pool is sectioned off so pick up your little baby and go get in the big pool, just not in the section where people might be swimming laps. Working out the parent life like a champion!

My boys and I enjoy coming to this location for the large open concept of the cardio and weight training area which is surrounded by a 1/10 of a mile track. This is a great facility and I am grateful that my brother allowed my girlfriend and I to use the Eastridge and Southridge centers while staying over. We had soo much fun!!

It has some spare time so we stopped in to swim. They have a great pool and a lot of good swimmers, including Jo and Robert. Both of whom were very kind and open to sharing Lane's with us. This facility does Prefer Lane reservations for use of the swimming pool, which we made once we got there, but Robert and Joe accommodated us earlier. We also talked with a general manager, Brittany, who was most welcoming and accommodating. This is another fine facility in Colorado athletic club collection.
