White chalky residue was splashed onto areas under the front hood and other areas (not cleaned up). Overall: *Exterior was cleaned. *Interior detail was exemplary. *Engine detail was not needed and the engine compartment had residue from polishing compound splashes. *Windows cleaned. *Trunk not vacuumed/detailed. *Wheels not cleaned on the backside. *Tire shine applied. *Water would not bead on the exterior (a desired and expected effect when waxed). The hood had no prior damage. After the detailing service, I discovered a large paint blister and erosion in the exact area where Keegan had worked when he delivered the car, and upon inspection of the finished work. He acknowledged using a power washer on the hood but refused accountability, stating it "wasn't his responsibility" if the paint chipped while he was servicing it. This response is concerning from someone who should understand proper paint care techniques and equipment settings. Incomplete Service The detailing work itself was substandard, and multiple areas remained dirty, including: -All windows -Door bottoms and joints -Back hatch (particularly neglected) This level of incomplete work is unacceptable and unlike any professional detailing I've experienced elsewhere. Unprofessional Customer Service After documenting the damage with photos, I contacted the business immediately through multiple channels, requesting a resolution. The owner (Keegan) has completely ignored my communications--no response, acknowledgment, or attempt to address the situation. After completing the landscaping, he declared that the lawn came back fine and no longer needed topsoil and reseeding. He did a terrible job with the landscaping and refused to deduct any money from the quoted price, even though he didn't do the topsoil and reseeding that he originally said he was going to do. I would never use him again and would not recommend him to anyone else. On the upside, he was a very nice young man and I believe that he thought he did a good job, but in reality, he has no landscaping skills whatsoever.
