I have never been delinquent, late, or even had any fees. My balances have always been several thousand more than the minimum required. The Customer Service Rep politely asked how much cash I needed (only $20) and said he could look up my acct. by other means and help me. The times my card had fraudulent charges I called Todd, he fixed it right away! Went out of the country, called Todd , he put alerts on my card right away. Lost a few cards to stolen wallets, Todd had a new card in my hand in less than a week. We're on a first name basis now with how often I have questions about the way an account, a card or a service works.
