I have never been delinquent, late, or even had any fees. My balances have always been several thousand more than the minimum required. They gave me 10 days to find a new bank and transfer all of my transactions! I have never heard of this happening then Google searched and sure enough, Chase is known for doing this!

Don't know what I was thinking...the only credit card I had was a BP card & they wouldn't give cash back on a purchase. Long story not so short...pulled into my bank's branch and explained the situation. The Customer Service Rep politely asked how much cash I needed (only $20) and said he could look up my acct. by other means and help me. With my ss# and signature, I got my cash and went back to pick up my dinner items. Don't know why there are so many negative comments that float around about Fifth Third. I've never received anything but outstanding, pleasant service at each branch I've visited!

The banker I constantly work with , Todd , went above and beyond to fix this for me and ensure it wouldn't happen again. The times my card had fraudulent charges I called Todd, he fixed it right away! Went out of the country, called Todd , he put alerts on my card right away. Lost a few cards to stolen wallets, Todd had a new card in my hand in less than a week. We're on a first name basis now with how often I have questions about the way an account, a card or a service works. Truly amazing tellers here , always willing to put in the work to get to your desired outcome !

However, we later find out that this is only offered when the overdrawn amount is under $4.99. We have direct deposit paid every 2 weeks and overdrew our account the day before our direct deposit was to be deposited and they charged us multiple fees! Don't believe them when they say they have 24 hour grace!!
