They are more responsive on Facebook messenger. I've been a customer for roughy 10 years having used Home Savings for a construction and a mortgage loan. All of these years, it's been a great bank to work with. Fast forward to the new Premier bank and it's fallen apart quickly. Maybe they I'll figure things out in the coming months but until then, I'd stay away. I recently refinanced to a different bank so my relationship has come to and end. After misplacing funds fo a significant amount of time, this ending couldn't come at a better time. I honestly feel bad for the Home Savings team that has to watch all their hard work and customer focus get destroyed.

Unfortunately during these crazy times, their lobby is closed and they're basically running the entire bank from only one drive-thru lane and the line is usually wrapped around the building. I had a banking need yesterday that was time-sensitive, and because of, Lorraine went above and beyond to insure things got taken care of.

I was happy for the merger as it provided an additional five locations as opposed to the two they use to have. The service has always been friendly and typically fast. We even continued to bank here even when we lived in South Carolina because it was just easier than having to go through the hassle of setting up a new primary account. We would have had to cancel our auto bill pays and then set them up again at a new bank. Blah....It worked out great accept when I lost our debit card. We had to wait almost 2 weeks to get a new one but we survived. They offer the typical bank stuff-CD's, Christmas Club accounts various loan options, etc. We are happy here and don't forsee us leaving unless their is some drastic change or problem that we can't get past.
