Limited shelf space but all of the new up and coming authors. Plenty of books with the painted edges as well. An entire area that is dedicated to Romantasy. I walked in and went to the international travel section and saw travel books but not maps. On the off chance that they might have them, I went to the customer service desk. April quickly looked it up for me and walked me over to the other side of the same shelf, straight to the laminated map that I was looking for. Thanks, April! And thanks staff person in front who helped me out! I like everything about this Barnes & Noble, especially the people working there, but can management do something about the dingy old bathroom? It's convenient but also needs an upgrade in a major way. Anyway, I'll keep coming here in any case for the aforementioned reasons.

The shelves at the back of the store contains the books that are part of the $5 sale (fill up the plastic bag with as many books as you want for $5). The newer books are by the shelf closest to the cashier. I got some (almost) brand new books ranging from $2-$4.

The bookstore carries all the require textbooks and material for all the colleges in Western University. Although the prices may not always be as cheap as ordering from Amazon, the convenience of getting the item that you have to have for class is priceless. The staff team is extremely helpful and nice. Rarely is something not in stock. If an item is out of stock, a staff will assist you with the ordering and the product will be at the bookstore in no time. However, you're probably better off ordering the item yourself from the internet if at all possible.

The good: customer service was awesome, I didn't get her name but I feel like she may have been the…read moremanager- she was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and recommended products based on my kid's age and interests which was so helpful. They also have a lot of toys already opened on display so your kids can actually play with them before buying and make sure they like it. I was also told you can ask to open anything to see it which is so cool. The return policy is good too, we were gifted items that we opened but soon realized they were too young for my kid, but we had no issues exchanging items. The downsides to me were the location. We went around 5:30pm, and there was some stuff happening in the shared parking lot and some ..smells wafting into our car lol which didn't bother me but that might bother some folks especially with little ones. The main reason I probably won't go back is the prices. I'm sure the products are quality products and maybe that's why they're a little pricier than normal, but for my family's budget it just wasn't a place we would return. Seems really cool for teachers and homeschoolers, they had things to buy in bulk, I forgot to ask if they accept charter funds here but maybe they do.
