One nice touch was the Starbucks located inside the store, which looked clean and inviting, even though I didn't make a purchase. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely return.

Newsboy Books has what I wanted. I bought a copy of the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the Los Angeles Times. It was such a great selection. While I was at it, I also got a look at their books. It's a mixture of used and new copies. The prices range and they usually aren't discounted, but still cheaper compared to those of Barnes & Noble. The employee up front was very friendly and kind. I had called her beforehand to ask if they had sold newspapers and they answered the phone in good time. She was lovely when I arrived and we had a nice small conversation at check out. I know where I'm going to get newspapers from now on, even if it's a bit of a drive from where I live.
