I wish I could give this place a negative star rating…read more Unfortunately, my recent experience with Longway Michigan Health Specialists, specifically with Chinara Arthur, DNP, was deeply disappointing and concerning. During my visit, I did not receive an appropriate examination--my vitals and throat were not checked--and I was dismissed with the comment, "Well, if you are speaking, you should go back to work." I have been in pain for several days and was seeking proper documentation to provide to my employer. I was informed when scheduling the appointment that paperwork could be completed for an additional fee, yet upon arrival, I was told it would not be filled out unless I was seen a second time. The dismissive and unprofessional demeanor displayed during the appointment only added to the distress of the situation. I rarely seek medical care, and experiences like this reinforce the hesitation many patients feel when reaching out for help. This is not reflective of the standard of care one should expect from a healthcare provider.

I wd wait for her more than one hour just that the princess come to glance at me for less than 3 minutes while looking in her pink laptop and wouldn't even look at me. I wd start telling her about my worsened symptoms and she starts showing boredom already and pretending being busy and focusing on reading. she leaves without sending refills or addressing any problems with me and I have to chase her for the following 4 weeks to send refills to pharmacies. We deserve much better.
