From the moment I've met with Mr. Manuel Antonio for the first time, I knew I wanted to work with…read morehim. He was recommended by a close friend, and I was about to start a whole 2 bdr / 2 bath apartment renovation, and was pretty tense to do it on my own (without a General Contractor).
I took a chance, and my gut feeling wanted to hire Antonio to do most of the work. I only had to hire a plumber, and an electrician as well, and pull all of the permits myself (since I've requested an "owner builder" permit)
I'm extremely happy with the work that Antonio, and his team did.
He completely renovated my apartment. From the entire kitchen, one entire bathroom (from a tub to a walk in shower with a frameless glass door, brand new floors, tiled walls, toilet and custom made cabinets), the other bathroom, he changed the cabinets, toilet, and added a frameless shower doors to the existing tub. In addition, he plastered and painted every single wall, ceiling, and doors of the apartment.
Together, we've designed all of the cabinets, which he installed, in addition to the closet doors.
As I was wanting more things to be done, he was very dedicated and creative; for example, I've decided to add a wine cooler, and new cabinets, with floating shelves above. He made it happen with the best attitude.
I've spent 7 weeks overseeing the work, and arranging the various inspections. I was at the job every single day, and working with Antonio was great. It was my first time doing something this big, and he made the experience very pleasant. As a single woman, I was very anxious to endeavor on this project, since it was going to be my new home.
Antonio is very professional, his price were very compatible, he communicated very well, he is very honest, his attention to detail is better than mine, he worked in a timely manner, and above all, he is a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend AAV Tile, Marble & Mosaic Installations' and Mr. Manuel Antonio. My apartment looks amazing! Thanks to him and his team!
