I recently towed my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country to Courts Motors in Hurricane, WV. The vehicle…read morewould not start and it was speculated that it was more than likely was a starter issue. After approx. 4 days we received a call about the van indicating that it was indeed the starter but also the battery needed replaced. My husband knew there was nothing wrong with the battery and refused to purchase one. A member of Courts said to come pick up the vehicle they would no longer work on it. The vehicle is currently under the Chrysler max care warranty which means most things are covered. When leaving Courts, we were given a bill for $75.00 simply to look at the vehicle. After many words were exchanged between my husband and the Courts team members as well as the owner, we were asked to never come back and they would "take care of" the $75.00 bill. Fast forward to DUTCH MILLER DODGE IN SOUTH CHARLESTON. These people are AMAZING!!!!!!! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and care that they give each and every customer. The dealership was busy with lots of happy customers, the service team called if any issues arose, they were incredibly quick to get us in, the building itself was clean/tidy, organized, and well equipped. They completed fixed our van which included: the starter, EGR sensor, a door lock, a slider door issue, a VES issue, replaced the brake calipers, and fixed the recall issues. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the service team listened to our concerns. As for that "bad" battery. My husband took it to Advance to get it tested and the results were "good/recharge", 45 Mins later and $0.00 we had a perfectly functioning battery.

I was told it was "temporarily fixed" so they could issue my inspection sticker. The fog light is still not repaired. I called trying to resolve this before going back in person. When I did, the son of the owner was extremely rude. He treated us like we were lying and dismissed our concerns. All I wanted was for them to either complete the repair (since I already paid for labor) or let me just pay for the part and finish it properly. Instead, they refused to fix it or refund money for work that wasn't done. I'm also concerned about the legality of issuing an inspection sticker without the vehicle fully passing, as that may violate West Virginia Code §17C-16-7. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

This place is the best, my car was impounded for some minor issues. While at the tow yard the window was accidentally cracked. Not only were they honest about the mishap when I brought it to their attention, JASON the manager said that he would order me another window and have it installed. He was the best he actually came out to my house and installed the window which wasn't easy or cheap and he did a great job. In this day in age all they had to do was at it was like that already and just moved on to the next person but the fact of how Jason was honest and true to his word was great and yeah my car was impounded over some silly stuff and he could've said piss off to me but instead did the right thing says alot about his character. Broke down right before the Nitro WV exit. We called 4 places nobody could come to us. We called Hurricanes towing they came right to us. Not only that, they were willing to take us ALL the way to Ky where we live! I never did catch the drivers name but he was willing to help and drove us all the way home. They did not notify me they were delivering my car and when they did, they left it blocking my garage door. The vehicle has a broken wheel and can not be moved out of the way of the garage. The driver could not have found a worse place to leave it on my 22,000 SQ Ft of pavement which includes 3 designated parking areas. It looks like he tried to hit the smallest parking area but missed the back side of the parking pad by 15' and left the car hanging out and blocking a garage door. 15' further back would have been perfect, it's a shame they delivered the car over 200 miles and missed by 15'. She was traveling alone from college in Kentucky, home to Maine, and encountered a flat tire on the highway in Barboursville. I called various wreckers and got nowhere, until I called the kindest woman at A-1 Wrecker Service. She sent a wrecker out to my daughter and even told me the best place to get a new tire. A-1 Wrecker had someone out to my daughter within 15 minutes! From our daughter's frightened call to being back on the road took only 1.5 hours (shout-out to the amazing NTB in Barboursville, as well!), which is simply amazing. When Sara got home, she said that she had encountered the nicest, kindest people that she had ever met, so I really wanted to thank you all. Thank you for taking care of our girl when she needed it. Because the tire on the Range Rover was a unique size unfortunately he didn't have a replacement but was willing to see if he could help us. He was able to plug the tire with his new technique of using a rubber screw with cement I believe it was to give us a temporary fix. He was very informative of what steps he was taking to try to fix it. Even though it was very late Nathan showed up and was so nice. If you have tire issues, need fuel, locked out of your car, or a jump start Nathan with Avid road service is the place to call!

Great guy - attempted a jump in parking lot of Best Western/Charleston, no dice, he suggested we head over to local Enterprise, we did, they sent us to the airport Enterprise, he took me and the van over there and he waited with me at the desk for keys to a Grand Cherokee (also new) which would ultimately get me through 7 days of driving, trouble-free.
