This is one of the most humane, even humorous plumbing experience I've ever had, and compared to my previous plumber, Kevin is the most professional, caring, understanding, and accommodating plumber I've ever seen. I would urge everyone to give them a call at 859-231-5155 with any of your plumbing needs. I am speaking as a skeptical consumer whose first priority is getting the best service with the least cost. You will not only get a plumber who will understand your concern about quality and cost, but also someone who would try to accommodate your specific request and go well and beyond the call of duty to make this whole experience "an early Christmas present"! Here is my story: I called Lile three times just wanting to get a quote as it sounded "scary" without knowing how much they would charge you until they get on site. They couldn't give me a quote as they "do not do guess work." I had no other option as my bathroom faucet is leaking pretty badly and getting worse every minute, and only Lile can come between 12 and 2 today for a $49 fee and then they will charge by the job. Kevin called around 12:30 and arrived in less than 10 minutes. He immediately started taking notes on the problem, and wrote down three options for me. When I told him they sounded more expensive than I expected, and whether he can just take the cartridge out of the faucet , and I'll then change the black rubber rings and the springs myself, he accommodated my request with a much lower fee ($99 inclusive of the $49 fee)! After taking out the cartridge, he kindly helped me to replace the parts and taught me how to put it back, with good humor. Sadly this didn't do the trick. He then took out the cartridge again, and put in a new one, this time it worked like a charm! Right when I was nervous about how much this will cost me, Kevin told me there will be no extra cost either for the new cartridge or for his labor, other than the $99 fee. I am sharing this early Christmas present I received from Kevin to you all out there, who might be looking for a plumber right at this moment, or in the years to come. I know I will give Lile a call again when in need.

After having issues with our grass, we did some digging and found a 20 ft tarp had been left under the work they had done. I called to see if someone could come take a look and was immediately met with hostility saying "they don't use tarps" and it was not their problem, when there was clearly a tarp left directly under their work, and they already finished the job they were contracted for and weren't coming to help us. I was called a liar and told they weren't going to do anything with our landscaping (even though I was not asking them to do landscape work). Jamie was yelling, saying "they didn't leave a tarp" when I was standing there, staring at a 20 ft tarp directly under their work. I am not sure if it is because I am female and they spoke with me instead of my husband but I was very taken aback with the manner in which I was spoken to and that they wouldn't even attempt to solve the problem they left. Very sad when a company has no pride in their work or relationships with customers. Will NEVER use this company and will be telling everyone to stay far away because once they "complete their contract" and they receive payment, they're out and not going to assist with anything that comes from the job they did.
