Dinners here have consistently been tasty and a good value. So, I was very disappointed when I paid $29 for a "large" pizza that was 1/2 cheese only and 1/2 cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms and hamburger. Cut into triangles and several of the advertised 16 "slices" were not slices but "bites" about 1.5 inches wide. A bad value for the cost. I won't make this mistake again. read more

This is my go to place for my wrap. Girlfriend and I have visited a few times recently and each time we go the food is absolutely the freshest place to go for food. I have never had any bad experiences here and the owner and staff are very polite and the service I would have to say is impeccable. The place is always clean and it looks like it has been updated. I never complain when I order from here and they never mess up my order. I typically order the crispy chicken wrap with no lettuce and add raw onion and peppers and they forgot to add the onions and peppers this time around. There was just a lot more cheese, bacon and chicken it tasted like. Super nice people and I've ordered other food from here before too and no complaints either. I never write reviews but I must say I HAD THE BEST BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP EVER !! I walked in and was like wow smells good in here. I asked the cashier what do people usually get or what she recommended. She said get a wrap and I did. I'm so happy I took her advice because that buffalo chicken wrap was one of the best I've ever had. The fries were fried to perfection, perfect crunch in every mouth full of fries. I wish I took a picture but I devoured it before I took a picture. 10/10 would recommend getting the buffalo chicken wrap and 10/10 would be coming back for more! read more

I've eaten the pizza, the pasta, and the quesadilla. The sauce is delicious in flavor, and if you like a lot of sauce, you'd probably want to ask for extra. The quesadillas are huge and come with French fries. The only things that turned me off, were that they charged over $2.00 to add mozzarella cheese to an individual portion of pasta, and they also charge $1.00 for any extra containers. We have been buying food from this place for over a year, maybe 3 or 4 times per month and it has been annoying that many times (like about 50%) they forget toppings on pizzas, condiments on subs or sandwiches, the bread and dressing that goes with their salads or they do things like add LTM to a sandwich or sub on which we only asked for ketchup. I do not know about you but ketchup and mayo do not go together and the sandwich is ruined. Last night was the last straw, I looked at the bill that came with the $70+ order and noticed that they had charged us an extra $4.00 for ketchup, mustard, pickles and raw onions on a 12" sub they already charge $9.95 for in the first place. Note we did not get lettuce, tomato or mayo. We had also ordered bacon on that sub which they also forgot and they charged us an additional $1.20 for that. So in the end we paid $15.50 for a $10 sub that they did not have the extras we ordered. We also ordered a cheeseburger for my son and explicitly asked for ketchup and onions only. They charged us $1.50 extra for that, but then added lettuce tomato and mayo which ruined the cheeseburger. We are done with Pizza House as there are too many good pizza/sub places in Agawam to put up with this kind of poor customer service. read more

Came back from vacation and was craving pizza. We decided to order delivery from Pizza House. We've order from here plenty of times, but the pizza was so good this time I just had to leave a review. I ordered online and the pizza and salad was delivered quickly and was amazing. Actually thinking about ordering again tonight! They included garlic bread with the salad we ordered and even threw in a garlic pita. We usually have a ton of leftovers, but the family scoffed it all down! Definitely going back! read more

Place says it closes 11 on Fridays on the menu, this is apparently incorrect as its 9:56 and the gentleman with an attitude is informing us he closes in 20 minutes? The guy has seemed pissed off since he saw us approaching the door, sorry for coming in and spending money, we didn't mean to inconvenience you with business. The man, I assume the owner apologized at least when it came down to giving us the food. That small attempt at service made up for some amount of the dissatisfaction with our presence. On to the food. We ordered a small broccoli pizza and 6 bone in buffalo wings. Both the wings and the pizza are above average. The pizza is light on sauce, perhaps a function of them wanting to close or it might be how it always is. This question vexes me enough to where I'll have to come back at an earlier time to see how it is prepared on the next go around. The wings while tasting primarily like frank's red hot were cooked well, very juicy cores and a lightly crisp outer layer and the blue cheese was pretty kick ass. I love the food here! My family and I order from these guys all the time. I can personally vouch for the garlic knots, pizza, chicken nuggets, curly/regular fries, stir fry, and caesar chicken wrap, but based on these I wouldn't be surprised if everything else was just as good. The only con I can think of is that they occasionally get an order wrong, like leaving out the garlic knots, but they still get a 5/5 because if you call them they re-deliver. Delivery: The delivery service is great. They're on time and don't even complain if they have to come out in a thunderstorm. Pickup: There are 4 or 5 tables, though most people are ordering to go, and the establishment is clean. All the guys I've spoken to at the counter are polite. read more

They cut their slice super thin to make it seem like you are getting a bigger pizza than it really is. I have had a problem SEVERAL times using my debit card to pay- I have been overcharged as much as $4.00 out of my checking account. Just tried to use a coupon, but rather than get the two topping pizza i just asked for cheese. the owner insisted he couldn't override the computer coupon to allow me to use that coupon, and wanted to charge me MORE for plain cheese. I've had giant conglomerates, like Amazon and other big-name stores apply discounts/refunds/price adjustments for all different reasons for me, yet a SMALL TOWN PIZZA PLACE can't accommodate this request? Have ordered from here many times because they deliver even though other places in town have better food. Our delivery came and it was wrong and when we called we were told by the woman who took the order that she "specifically remembered" the order as received. If it was right why would I be calling? They delivered a medium pizza when an XL had been ordered and after being on and off hold I was put on the phone with someone who told me not to eat what I had and they would send the right one in 40-45 minutes and that it would cost me more money. WHAT? They want the wrong pizza back, me to wait another 40-45 minutes to eat, and more money.
