I was about to slowly get off the highway, and as I came to the exit, I saw a Chevy Dealership within reach, but as I tried to force my truck over there, my truck completely died. I pushed and pulled my truck into the parking lot of the Paul White Dealership, but their service center refused to help me. They suggested I tow my truck 15 miles to the next closest Chevy dealership. It was 4 pm in the afternoon. I needed to get to Asheville, NC that night. I googled around and found Riverside Service Center. I called them up. They said they were closing at 4:30, but they could tow my truck over the river if I need their help. I realized they were my best option. At 4:30, I got nervous. Stan and tow truck still wasn't there. I was afraid he'd called it a day and forgot about me, but back then, I didn't know Stan. If I knew Stan like I do now, I wouldn't have been nervous. Just before five, he came around the corner and picked up my truck. He stayed late and worked fast. He quickly got a sensor ordered and replaced to get me back on the road within an hour. I was amazed, and I still am incredibly grateful for his help. Have an issue with your car? Go see Stan!

This work was done on 4/28/2026. It is 6/12/2026 and the welds failed and the exhaust needs to be rewelded. When I called and spoke with them the gentleman who answered the phone said that he would repair it for free however I am many many miles away and that is unrealistic. He gave me the owners phone number. I called him and explained the situation. I asked for a refund on the repair, he then accused me of being rude and yelling at him, I did not do either of those things. He said that if I send him photos of the failed weld he would work with me as long as I am not rude. I was not rude in the first place and I was explaining to him in a very calm and even tone that I was not trying to be rude and was just explaining the situation to him, He hung up on me. I believe they knew I was an out of towner and didn't take the time and effort to do the repairs correctly or adequately. I do not recommend this business.

Because the tire on the Range Rover was a unique size unfortunately he didn't have a replacement but was willing to see if he could help us. He was able to plug the tire with his new technique of using a rubber screw with cement I believe it was to give us a temporary fix. He was very informative of what steps he was taking to try to fix it. Even though it was very late Nathan showed up and was so nice. Went out one afternoon to find all electrics dead. AAA responded with Glen's (I believe) and a driver 'Rick' (again, I should've submitted this last month). Great guy - attempted a jump in parking lot of Best Western/Charleston, no dice, he suggested we head over to local Enterprise, we did, they sent us to the airport Enterprise, he took me and the van over there and he waited with me at the desk for keys to a Grand Cherokee (also new) which would ultimately get me through 7 days of driving, trouble-free.
