On 4/28/2026 they called to tell me that I had a major exhaust leak and were outsourcing the repair to Quality Exhaust. The repair was complete and I was on my way that afternoon. It is now 6/12/2026, the weld that Quality Exhaust did on my suburban has failed and is back in a repair shop having the weld redone correctly. I called Steve & Stacy's and they basically just said sorry. I feel that because it is unreasonable for me to return to their shop to have the repair fixed, I should be offered a refund. they did give me the name and information for Quality Exhaust but thats all they had to offer me. Quality Exhaust was terrible to me when I called. I would not say that Steve & Stacy's are at fault for the weld failing however I made my payment to them, they should provide the refund and deal with the terrible owner at Quality Exhaust themselves.

He starts having trouble with his vehicle and is unsure as to where to take it as he is unfamiliar with the area. I take to yelp and immediately find this 5 star rating and give these guys a call. While they are quite busy they manage to squeeze my son's vehicle in so that he would not miss work. Here's the thing...they did not charge for the labor or parts!!! This was, at the very least, a $175 job! Gave my son the keys and he was on his way. While I am not an emotional being, I teared up. This was an absolute blessing to come across such an anomaly..honest/mechanic! To top it off, his vehicle runs like new. If I could pick this shop up and put it in Houston, I would!

They did not inform me of this before they started.
