When I went back for the permanent crown I told the dentist it still hurt, and she told me I just wasn't used to the sensation. I have 4 crowns, none of which hurt this bad. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a Dentist office. I asked to have Dr. Toms review this experience, and even wrote him a letter. He never responded or acknowledged my concerns. I even received a letter from the practice telling me what a great experience I had and would I recommend them to friends and family. Not only was this a bad experience, after I paid my bill in full and got a receipt they just sent me another bill for $91.00 with no explanation what it was for. My mom was being helped with her dentures of 36 years. Dr. Coronado was able to help her today while we were here. While we will have to revisit to be fitted for a wax fitting, they were able to minimize several visits to make this happen for her. I sincerely feel the genuine compassion and kindness from them.
