Meeting him was an absolute pleasure. He was kind and gentle with his explanation of what he does, how he came about tending clocks big and small and what he could do for my clock. It feels like the store doesn't want to sell stuff, they put limits on how much you can buy (there's signs everywhere saying limit of 3), nothing is on sale anymore (they do 30% off plates instead of 30% off kitchen) . I refuse to pay full sticker price at a store like NPS where the boxes are severely damaged and where it's a 50% probability that the item is damaged. They don't do many weekly sales anymore so It's incredibly rare lately to find anything at a great price, the prices at NPS are the same on Amazon. Without the additional percentage off, it doesn't make sense to buy from NPS. The only things you can actually get a good deal on is their almost expired food.

My favorite part of the store is in the back corner called "Collectibles." This is where you'll find name brand clothing, handbags, watches and sunglasses. I had to restrain myself from buying $260 Jimmy Choo shoes, but they were a half size off and a little more worn that I would prefer. The. Place. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. He was VERY gracious about it. When I came back in to pick up the scooter he assembled it for me, showed me how to keep it tuned up, and told me to bring it in any time it needed any kind of adjustment.
